I wasn't able to collect them and asked if they could be delivered to my house. Joe easily obliged and dropped them off at the rental on his way home. The glass was all double paned and unusual shapes, needed to be custom fabricated. Really wanted to get a company that would pay attention to the detail and get this done right since it's a nice house. They came out and measured all the panes, custom made replacements, and came back and swapped them out. All told this was a big job requiring a significant amount of labor. Turned out great! See my picture. Heads up I will mention the job start to finish took about 4.5 weeks vs the 2.5 weeks initially estimated, largely due to ordering of the custom glass. The price quoted was fair, and they came in 100% on budget. Happy to recommend and use them again. Also happy to use a local business.

The special-order top was ready in four days as promised. I picked it up, delivered and installed it at my friend's Moss Landing home. The crystal clear glass stock that Cindy had brought to our attention was drop-dead gorgeous on my maritime-rustic designed bar. The design for the dinning bar was patterned after a couch table my friend had bought at Home Goods. We thought another top in order, so back to Cindy. Again, the order was filled without delay. Those two looked so good, I decided to go glass on the bar at my place as well. I have had my bar-top a couple of weeks now and I am loving it. So much easier to clean than the natural top. A Strouse & Son is my go-to for glass. Cindy has been a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!

The window was not square, and they actually cut the window perfectly to size! (That may sound like a given, but no, it is not. The glass is perfect, nothing fancy, just 1/8" but I was so happy with this result! Everyone I spoke to was delightful and very pleasant. I have had glass cut for other windows in the past, but never had such excellent results. I was especially grateful for the sanded (safety bevels) on the edges. I have had to handle fresh cut edges in the past, and I did not know that the sanding was available. Cut edges on glass is really stressful. We will be going back here for any glass needs.
