While the other shop just outright ghosted me after texts and emails. David was always prompt to respond. Product is awesome and the speediness of having it ready is amazing. So their email doesn't work either. Very poorly run local business. This is one reason why local is dying and online is surging. Reply to David: I just recall you saying to email the address on the card and I questioned because it sounded too easy. You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

When I went to pick them up, the fella who finally came over to help me couldn't find them. Jon then came over and pointed out that they were in plain sight sitting on his desk. I had a lot more work for Jon and he completely ghosted me. And that's that, I am sorry to say. The turnaround on the business cards was good; the price was just ok. Service was terrible and the person I spoke to seemed completely confused with who I was and what I was trying to order(twice!). I only needed flyers. It didn't seem like a difficult request. He even had my previous orders on file, so he knew what I would typically order. But ultimately, the price was not affordable and the turnaround time was really long. Add the bad service and I'm out. Didn't give me a lot of confidence in their ability to complete my order properly. Sad we'll have to find a new printer.
