There are two regular employees: an Asian man and an Asian woman. They're so fast and efficient that I've barely had a chance to chat with them. Today, I returned a pair of boots. I was assuming it was through Happy Returns, so I just put them in a random box without sealing it. It wasn't. But, the Asian woman kindly told me she'd seal the box for me and take care of the rest even though I offered to do it myself, which I should've done anyway. The guy said fill it up and sign on the bottom so we did and said it's complete then the lady came and she said you are not supposed to sign you should wait for me so I can see so I told her the guy told us to sign but we can make another copy and sign in front of you and she said no need it's OK for next time. You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

I asked where I can get a small envelope, I proceed to write on the small envelope and they ask where to send it, I give them the address which was a PO Box and they stated we don't do that here. So now I pay for the small envelope I wrote on that I'm not even going to use. Not everyone knows if UPS mails to PO BOX. Because I didnt, but instead of being rude on the phone and saying yes we do everything we're ups, then I would assume you do everything or could have taken the time to ask what I was mailing(the store was empty when o came in it wasn't busy) Point being customer service was rude and condescending and made me waste my time and 2$ . You work with ppl which means you have to have customer service skills especially when asking about YOUR SERVICES. I wouldn't even have been bothered about not being able to mail it but just having your employees be kind would have sufficed
