I expected a hole in the wall, dingy kind of place. What I found was a welcoming light, airy and modern office. The staff was friendly and answered my millions of questions very patiently. The dentist did great work with minimal pain. He even took the time to try and calm me down since I am deadly afraid of dentist and any kind of dental work. I have to say that the experience here was so much better than i anticipated. I would highly recommend this place. Especially if you have an emergency.

I've been to this dental practice a few times. I was…read moregoing to another practice previously, but they informed me they no longer took my insurance. In my search for another dentist I discovered Marketplace Dental. I'm glad I did because they have been great. As a matter of fact, they were doing all kinds of checks and procedures that I have never had done before. It was impressive and beyond thorough. I will add the warning that if you don't respond to their appointment reminder, you will lose your appointment. It happened to me once. I showed up for my appointment on time, but my appointment was not available anymore. Luckily they could squeeze me in within the hour, so I hung around. It was a bit surprising and annoying because I don't recall them mentioning that as part of their policy. I am only aware of the policies that most medical practices implement that could charge you if you are a definite no show. Overall, I would still recommend them.

Do you want to feel uncomfortable and judged? Come here then. Firstly the receptionist women are…read morerude as hell. Not friendly at all, and if you are late on a payment or cancel an appointment they treat you like you have the plague. Also the dentist is very immature and unprofessional. He cares more about cracking corny jokes with you that have undertones of judgement than to actually worry about your dental health. I will NEVER step foot back into this hot mess of a place again. I would rather let my teeth rot.

It's sort of wild! He will explain it to you, too which is nice. I was shocked with how little pain I had. The entire staff is awesome. The front desk gals explained all my insurance info and also answered questions about a new potential insurance I thought about picking up. I cannot recommend enough.

DISCRIMINATION!!!!…read more I've been coming for years and up until January '23 I have felt discriminated against. I've been scheduled twice in the past 3 months for a cleaning and a tooth extraction and they have done neither! They claim things will take more time so they can't do it, like my cleaning in January. At that time I also scheduled a tooth extraction for March, did I receive that? No. I guess they take blood pressure now unbeknownst to me and couldn't give anesthesia because my blood pressure was "too high." I was given a referral to go somewhere else to get a root canal even though they have an Edodontist on site because I looked it up. They'll do all the x-rays in the world, but won't treat me. A complete waste of money. Just ridiculous. I'm sure they're happy I won't be returning and the feeling is mutual.

This office has made a mess of my account. I would ask if I had a balance at each visit. The…read moreresponse was "we are waiting on insurance". I expressed my concern about getting a large bill. I asked if they were in contact with both insurance companies. I asked if they had my insurance right? (primary/secondary)? It was at the time. Then, in 2025, claims were not sent to my secondary insurance! Then I found claims sent to my primary insurer were coded for D. Sammans as out of network. And then the primary/secondary were switched. I have tried since late 2025 to get straightened out. This has been a nightmare. No resolution as of today. I get the runaround. As for care, I am not sure. Dr. Sammans did an implant for me. There is a small gap between the implant and the next tooth. He looked at it. He did not see one.

Don't be fooled by the good reviews on Google - they did a giveaway to cover the bad ones. I am…read moreextremely disappointed with my experience at this dental office. I was pushed into treatments that were presented as necessary, with the implication that my oral health was at serious risk. Later, I was left with a $900 bill when my insurance did not cover the treatment, despite being told the office would verify coverage beforehand. No cash discount or payment flexibility was offered, and when I raised concerns, the front desk staff showed little empathy or accountability. I was told they relied on a piece of paper for insurance information instead of confirming coverage directly. Overall I felt pressured, misled, and unsupported. I would strongly advise others to thoroughly verify treatment necessity and insurance coverage before proceeding here.

Which blew us away since it sounded like the price was way higher than it should have been with insurance. My wife works in insurance so she pushed back but the receptionist kept beating around the bush about why it cost so much and giving answers that didn't really answer the questions. Finally, she told her they were out of network; 2 MONTHS after setting the appointment. After finding out they were out of network we asked the cost of actual removal, and it exceeded $3000. So of course, we told them to pound sand and we'd find someone who would be up front with us and not try to hide the fact that they were out of network all the way up to or including our visit. Perhaps I should have checked to begin with, but they were recommended to us by our family dentist whom we DO trust and are always up front with us about costs and coverage. Beware of them not being up front about whether you are in network or not. They only take Delta Dental Premier insurance, no other Delta Dental insurance. *Edit: Turns out, when I finally got into my insurance portal to find another provider, this office actually IS in network and she drove us away needlessly due to her ignorance apparently. But at this point, there's no way I'd go there or recommend them to anyone with how deceptive she was being about insurance coverage and pricing. We found another provider who was able to accommodate us on the same day with no hassle and who is also in network. Their staff apparently doesn't really know how to check insurance coverage either. I hope it's just ignorance and not something more nefarious...
