I went to the first appointment, which is more of a consultation where they take X-rays, measurements, etc. I had to schedule a separate appointment for the cleaning. I could have went back that same afternoon during an opening, but it did not work out with my schedule. They told me they could get me in within a month, and said they may even be able to get me in sooner if they put me on a list to call if there are cancellations. Sure enough, I got a phone call and had an appointment for the cleaning within the next week. They did a very thorough cleaning and I was very impressed.
