Booked this office for my daughter's wisdom teeth removal consultation and the actual procedure 2…read moremonths ago. Today, they called to remind us of the appointment tomorrow and the cost. Which blew us away since it sounded like the price was way higher than it should have been with insurance. My wife works in insurance so she pushed back but the receptionist kept beating around the bush about why it cost so much and giving answers that didn't really answer the questions. Finally, she told her they were out of network; 2 MONTHS after setting the appointment. After finding out they were out of network we asked the cost of actual removal, and it exceeded $3000. So of course, we told them to pound sand and we'd find someone who would be up front with us and not try to hide the fact that they were out of network all the way up to or including our visit. Perhaps I should have checked to begin with, but they were recommended to us by our family dentist whom we DO trust and are always up front with us about costs and coverage. Beware of them not being up front about whether you are in network or not. They only take Delta Dental Premier insurance, no other Delta Dental insurance. *Edit: Turns out, when I finally got into my insurance portal to find another provider, this office actually IS in network and she drove us away needlessly due to her ignorance apparently. But at this point, there's no way I'd go there or recommend them to anyone with how deceptive she was being about insurance coverage and pricing. We found another provider who was able to accommodate us on the same day with no hassle and who is also in network. Their staff apparently doesn't really know how to check insurance coverage either. I hope it's just ignorance and not something more nefarious...

I have problem teeth with over 20 fillings and I have seen many dentists over the years. Dr Reeves's work is yet the best I had anywhere. My mouth and bite never felt that good. Totally pain and sensitivity free for the first time in long years. We no longer live in Indiana. My husband and I are now in California and we need more work done again. Once more I am finding out that it is very difficult to find a good dentist. I am writing this review 4 years later just to say we miss Dr. Reeves. Dr Michael Reeves is very professional, forthright and truthful, and makes seeing a dentist a very pleasant experience. As far as I am concerned, he should be writing text books for the school of dentistry.

After going to another dentist I realized just how great of a dentist and staff he has. Made sure that at my next insurance change I came right back to him. He's a wonderful doctor who knows what he is doing and is extremely personable. He will not try to do things that you do not need. He is there to make sure your teeth are healthy and you are happy. Not only did they take care of my pain they did a thorough exam to see what else was going on. Emily Rister helped me with insurance or lack of as well as a plan that works for my budget. She is also the hygienist and does a great job and is so experienced and helpful. Assist Jenea was also was very nice and very helpful. Dental Sindhura Vegesna was wonderful helping me with so many thing she as all of the people that worked on me was very informative, professional yet kind and caring. Dr Peterson and Dr Gebru really care about their patients and you can tell. The facility in Greenwood has a caring staff and I am 61 so I have been to many Dentist offices through the years and this has been my best experience ever !!!! Just goes to show many who feel they had a bad experience will post yet those who have great experiences do not take the time to post and this should change. Just shows that reviews can be deceiving. I went to the first appointment, which is more of a consultation where they take X-rays, measurements, etc. I had to schedule a separate appointment for the cleaning. I could have went back that same afternoon during an opening, but it did not work out with my schedule. They told me they could get me in within a month, and said they may even be able to get me in sooner if they put me on a list to call if there are cancellations. Sure enough, I got a phone call and had an appointment for the cleaning within the next week. They did a very thorough cleaning and I was very impressed. Everyone in the office was super nice and helpful.
