Initial impressions were that the office is conveniently located, as well as sparkling clean with a variety of seating areas in the waiting room with refreshments and Wi-Fi provided. While teens are likely the primary customers, I think any adults wanting to correct their teeth would feel very welcome here as well. On our initial visit, we met with a certified orthodontic assistant who gave us a tour and took my son's initial X-Rays and photos. She was very friendly and established a great rapport with him, even though he's a shy 11 year old who generally speaks in 1-word sentences. :) She showed us a series of videos that explained that orthodontics isn't just about correcting appearances but correcting physical problems with the teeth and jaw that can cause problems later in life. We met with Dr. Johnson who was also just as friendly and good working with youth. He took time getting to know my son and explain what his treatment would entail. We appreciate that instead of starting treatment immediately, he advised us to return in 6 months to allow my son's adult teeth a little more time to progress. They were able to schedule our return appointment at a convenient time that fits my work schedule and son's school day. My son enjoyed seeing his name on the welcome board and enjoyed a fresh baked cookie after his visit. :)

The chairs are all in one 'room' together but you didn't have to worry about the staff being too loud that you couldn't focus. Dr. Lambert was awesome to work with. Even though I was just coming for a removal of my permanent retainer and getting a new one he treated me as if I was one of his longtime patients. He gave me different options and explained them all. Dr. Klein mentioned that he had seen my review on Yelp and he apologized for the comment made during my last visit. He was very sincere and genuine! So I removed my original post. My visit there today was stellar! I have had horrible experiences with other dentist's trying to numb the areas in my mouth previously. This time , I have to admit, the procedure went extremely well and quick! And better yet, no pain and no tears! I want to thank Dr. Klein for being kind, thoughtful and sincere and clearing the air. It takes a big person to do that. He will be my dentist from now on!
