They answer all your questions and from day one they didn't pressure us to sign up with them, we took our time and went back about 6 weeks later to start the process. The waiting area is nice and clean, colorful too! There's a tv and books for you while you wait. Every appointment I've gone to so far has been on time, no long wait times! I'm so far very happy with choosing Imburgia!

Initial impressions were that the office is conveniently located, as well as sparkling clean with a variety of seating areas in the waiting room with refreshments and Wi-Fi provided. While teens are likely the primary customers, I think any adults wanting to correct their teeth would feel very welcome here as well. On our initial visit, we met with a certified orthodontic assistant who gave us a tour and took my son's initial X-Rays and photos. She was very friendly and established a great rapport with him, even though he's a shy 11 year old who generally speaks in 1-word sentences. :) She showed us a series of videos that explained that orthodontics isn't just about correcting appearances but correcting physical problems with the teeth and jaw that can cause problems later in life. We met with Dr. Johnson who was also just as friendly and good working with youth. He took time getting to know my son and explain what his treatment would entail. We appreciate that instead of starting treatment immediately, he advised us to return in 6 months to allow my son's adult teeth a little more time to progress. They were able to schedule our return appointment at a convenient time that fits my work schedule and son's school day. My son enjoyed seeing his name on the welcome board and enjoyed a fresh baked cookie after his visit. :)
