: "I am absolutely delighted to give Montclair Mall a well-deserved 5-star rating! My experience at Montclair Mall has been exceptional, thanks to the outstanding employees who have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and supported. From the friendly security guards to the knowledgeable sales associates, everyone has been amazing and nice to others, offering assistance and guidance every step of the way. The mall's commitment to providing a wide range of high-quality stores and restaurants, as well as a clean and comfortable environment, is evident in everything they do. I'm so impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the mall, which makes shopping and dining a pleasure. Plus, the history and evolution of Montclair Mall - from its opening in 1968 to its current status as a thriving community hub - only adds to my admiration for this amazing destination. I've been consistently impressed with the employees' dedication to customer service and their willingness to go the extra mile. Whether I'm shopping, dining, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, I always feel like I'm in for a treat. Keep up the fantastic work, Montclair Mall team! " read more

I was hoping for a fun shopping trip, but this mall felt like it had seen much better days. Even with the renovation completed a few years ago, the building is old and could really use some updates. A lot of the storefronts were either empty or had very limited selection. It was difficult to find anything that stood out, and there just weren't many stores worth browsing. The staff I interacted with were okay--nothing particularly friendly or unfriendly--but the service wasn't enough to make up for the overall experience. What surprised me most were the high prices. For the limited selection and aging atmosphere, many items seemed overpriced compared to newer shopping centers. If you're already in the area, it might be worth a quick walk through for nostalgia, but I wouldn't make a special trip. There are better malls with more variety and better value nearby. read more

I visited Sunglass hunt on Thursday July 27,23 at the Macy location I ask a sales person if i can have the lock removed and he's responded bye saying as long as you don't run away with the glasses I don't know if this was meant as a joke. But as a minority i found that to be very offensive and disrespectful. I still bought the glasses. I could not allow myself to return back to the store I called corporate and they have not yet responded and the manager is not reachable. As a minority i ask anyone who reads this to not purchase any glasses from this facility or any of these facilities, as it is not care about your personal business. I'm so upset and hate that this is still going on. read more

I had to do a review on this place because I was frustrated with the review I did on Ontario Mills. They renovated this place up a few years ago. The new look is very nice, and the whole place looks very clean. The food court isn't that great overall, but it does have a bunch of places that you can't find anywhere else, including a cajun-style restraunt. There is a nice verity of shops there, so it's not all clothes and accessories. In fact, there's a nice movie shop in there where I got my copy of Metropolis. The layout of the floor is relatively unique, but not unintuitive, so you should be able to find everything pretty easily. read more

This is a quiet mall that's very clean and not crowded. It features a variety of stores, including Victoria's Secret, Macy's, JCPenney, Forever 21, See's Candies, G by Guess, and Barnes & Noble. Food options include Potato Corner, Cinnabon, Wetzel's Pretzels, and Auntie Anne's. There's also an AMC theater, which looks clean and well-maintained. The mall has good air circulation and is decorated for Christmas, adding to the festive atmosphere. While the store selection is decent, the mall feels quite empty. Parking is convenient and easy to access, and the employees are friendly and helpful. read more

With all of the online shopping options, I don't get to the shopping malls too often, but I needed to pick something up right away. I went to that Montclair Place mall, which are used to remember as the Montclair Plaza. It was actually a pleasant experience. It's an indoor mall that was clean and well designed and the atmosphere was relaxing. Unlike the nearby Ontario Mills which was just chaotic and crowded. They redid their food court with better quality choices and not just your typical small restaurants. My biggest complaint was the mall-wide music they played was a bit loud. read more

I grew up coming to this mall, it makes me pretty sad that it is slowly dying down. As a kid during Halloween, I remember stores setting up tables and handing out candy, not just any candy, the good original size candy. Now all that stopped. A lot of stores have been going out of business, not as much stores as before. It isn't an outlet, so everything is at original price. The food court needs more stands, a lot of food stands are gone. There isn't really much to pick from. What I can tell you is that out of the five food places that are still up, three of them sell Chinese food. read more

I don't know why photography isn't allowed here. My friend and I were kicked out for taking pictures of each other with our cameras. First on an escalator, then against a blank white wall, and then lastly on the parking structure where they threatened to call the cops on us. Apparently, taking photos of your friend is dangerous. I didn't see them kick any of the other people who were taking photos with their iPhones out. They also close at 9:00 on a SATURDAY NIGHT. Utterly absurd. If your going to go to a mall, don't go here. It's a shit hole. read more

I'm not a big shopper, but Montclair Place is probably my favorite mall in the county. They must've just been remodeled recently, because everything was clean and well-maintained. They have lots of the same mall stores we are all familiar with. but the vibe was just very casual. The main stores include Macy's, Nordstrom, JCPenney, and Barnes & Noble. There's even a Sears! The dining options are fairly limited. Their food court is called Moreno Street Market, but only have about eight restaurants to choose from. read more

Men's Suits King Fashion did an amazing job for our wedding! They handled suits for all 11 groomsmen, and every single one fit perfectly. The alterations were done quickly, and the service was phenomenal from start to finish. Moncef and Denise were an absolute pleasure to work with -- professional, friendly, and very accommodating. We're definitely coming back! Thank you both for making our wedding look perfect. read more

Hey Barnes and Noble. Is this your idea of good customer service? "I would like the grilled cheese sandwich please." Employee -- "All our sandwiches are frozen." "So does that mean I can't get a sandwich"? "Yes." How's that "Merry Christmas" working for you??? People are so rude. read more

I love this mall, it doesn't take forever to walk through. Its not that big but it has great stores. I'm bummed out though that there are like hardly any restaurants in the food court. It used to have so many. Otherwise, I will always shop at the Montclair Plaza! read more

I've been coming to this mall for years! It is easy to navigate around, and I can usually find everything I need. I love that it is on the smaller side. The mall itself is clean, and has my favorite store, SEPHORA, so I can't complain. read more
