First time I've been to a mall just to eat dinner. This mall has had a huge remodel in the last few years and it looks better than ever.

This mall has really improved over the years. They have been putting higher end stores and updating the appearance of the inside of the mall. It's defiantly more appealing to myself. I use to drive to other malls 20+ minutes away from my location to have a better shopping experience, looks like I can get that from here now. read more

I have been hanging out @ this mall since I was a kid. After the mills was built in Ontario, the plaze sort of fell by the wayside. But with the recently being remodeled it has shown much improvement. Yes there are others newer and better within 10 miles, but the plaza will be the place I prefer to hang out at. I wish so many foodstuff venders would not have pulled out very few choices left at the food court. read more

whenever i need to buy something from the mall this is the one i go to. It has everything like sephora,cotton on,h&m, mac, nordstrom, macys, jcpenny, and sears. it has two bath and body works also.It's always clean also. read more

This mall is falling apart, tons of stores outside have been closed down and it's an old mall. It's not terrible, but it's not exactly brand new either! Hence the average 3 star rating. read more

This is one of the malls located in the Inland Empire. It is not big compared to other malls I have attended; but it's local. The stores are almost the same as most mall but there is not many places for myself to shop at. Ehh... It's one of my local malls. read more

I gotta family time on Christmas Eve in Montclair place. We were happy to see the decorations and nice crowd all over the stores and around . While shopping I tried a nice jacket at G by Guess but didn't get my size and a male staff member whom I asked for assistance was too rude and blunt to make excuse to avoid help. Defintely has improved over the years although the food court has shrunk considerably. Still defintely worth stopping by if you are in the area and don't want to put up the horrible traffic that is possible at Ontario Mills and Victoria Gardens. I'm usually in and out in a few minutes when I know what I want. Parking is also never an issue here. read more

I went to the Montclair Plaza alot when I was growing up in the 1960's and 70's. My favorite store was Contempo Casual and Judy's. I also worked at the May Company and the Broadway. The mall was one story. Farrels Ice Cream Palor was there too. Across the street was Strouds Linen Warehouse in the 1980's which actually used to be the White Front Store in the 1960's. Just down the street was the Best Store...not Best Buy just the Best Store which was a catalog style store. read more

This mall is huge. There are a lot of different shops here for about every taste and purse. You can spend a little or a lot, there is something here for everyone. I would definitely make the trip again. Awhile ago, I used to be a New York and co fan but had moved to a location where they were not accessible, so it was a real treat to find this store here. read more

Wow this place really fell of now... SMH... I guess the Great Recession whooped this mall's ass! Used to have WAY MORE stores, and nicer. A lot of empty shops now. I see random shops pop in and out too. Cant even name all the random tshirt shops/ swag shops/ shoe shops that have come and gone the last few years. They removed all the little shop carts (colognes, gadgets, toys, gift ideas)! Removed kids play area? WTF? Place is going down quick. I guess in one direction, Victoria Gardens is way nicer, and Ontario Mills is way cheaper. And in the other direction you got LA with a LOT of shopping options. Bad place to be if you are Montclair Plaza. Still worth a visit for certain shops - Barnes and Noble, certain shops you really like that have a shop there, thats about it really. Not fun anymore to window shop and people watch like back in the day. read more

I remember when I was just a little guy, coming to the mall with mom to shop at brookstone and JCPenney and I thought this was the coolest place any one could ever shop at... and jeesh I must've been dumb. Let's start where you'll spend the most time- The Food Court! The food is exceptional, with an "eh." mix, and lots of boarded up or open spaces, leaving just HUGE McDonalds and Sabarros Pizza, which is pretty good. Hot Dog on a Stick is amazing as usual, and the Mrs. Fields, oh my don't get me started I'm already drooling all over my keyboard! Lots of Chinese... and a Mexican food place with more "eh." quality. Next up, the Shopping! Decently decent. I think that sums it up efficiently.. Hasn't really CHANGED much but seems to just fall flat compared to Victoria Gardens a quick freeway drive away (Well, the whole place in general, but it is pretty old...) H&M, COACH, Swavorski, Brookstone, Hot Topic, Spencers, Anchor Blue, Nordstroms, JCP, and a GREAT Barnes&Noble with the only Starbucks in the place (shivers) So, in all, if you just need a few pairs of pants and a new shirt, this place would be decent enough... The whole mall interior has been renovated to a more modern-chic appeal with slim metals and thick glass and shiny wood. The inside is now better, but the outside and general layout is still a disaster.. empty lobbies that no one uses, no open flow or view of the mountains, its all just cooped inside an ugly beige box (no joke) so the interior is now among the grades of shopping, but the outside has perhaps led me to a "super gross eh." read more

Beware,they ripped me off, after buying 2 gift cards , i stepped away from the counter,looked in the bag there was only one, I was stuck buying another one, I payed 50 for a 25 dollar card, I never left the store and was only a couple of feet from the counter, they would not help me. read more

I arrived to the mall about a half hour until closing. Well, apparently, do not park anywhere where you can't see the front of the store you visit. If they lock the entrance to the mall you havery to walk all the way around the entire mall, through poorly lit areas, to your car and I hope your didn't park in the structure like I did because I then had to walk up the stairs to my car. I myself would not have minded it so much except that my wife sometimes has a hard time walking long distances. She then also brought up a good point, do not leave your kids there close to closing hours because now they have to walk this trek. I tried to explain to the sales people that I was parked on the other side of the mall and in the structure; they announced they were closing was the response I received. Wow...I've been to many facilities that accommodate to customers...I guess this place doesn't care. read more

If you want to avoid crowds come here! The food court is lacking but if you like to shop without other people stepping on your feet and sweeping up all of the merchandise then shop here! Been coming here since I was a teenager and I love it for all my needs! PS, the Sephora inside JC Penney is awesome! Clean and fully stocked! read more

No wifi in the mall. The only wifi you can get is at select stores, like at JC Penny and sears. it has slow speeds; like 100kbps. The fastest Wifi i was able to get was near the T mobile kiosk near the food court(around 2mbps). Even though there is a quite a bit of parking at this mall, a-holes accelerate like if it is the only parking spot in the entire mall. This mall tends to be somewhat empty; gee, i wonder why. I only come to this mall because there are quite a few shoe stores. read more

This review is for the Fredricks in this mall. I stopped by the store today and was not greeted by the associate. She didn't even care to look at me or ask me if I needed help. Many many many minutes of walking back and forth picking out things, she asked me if I needed help. By then I was already holding quite a few pieces of selections in my hand. Normally any clothing store (especially one that is not busy at all. I was the only customer) would offer to hang the clothes in the fitting room. No such offer from her. I was choosing clothes and dropped a few on the floor. I tried to pick them up, she gave me attitude (as if I was messing up her store). After I tries on the clothes, I really didn't like them and decided to try other selection. I came out of the fitting room, she didn't ask me if they worked out for me like other store associates would. In fact she didn't even male eye contact. I realized she was talking on the phone. I searched and searched for more clothes to try on. By the time I finished, she was still on the phone so I had to gesture I needed to return the fitting room. She just nodded. In general she just gave me the vibe I was not welcomed. I hate this branch and I hated the service. Negative 5 stars. read more

I am giving 1 star due to the fact that the security are sexist people. I went recently to purchase shoes that were dropping and the security cards messed up the line and allowed their own friends to cut the line and I lost out. I was there since 3 am and was 5th in line and lost out due to the security guard M.Jones allowing his friends to cut. They came later then Secondly he called me a faggot once confronted and the other woman body guard called me a b*tch because they both said I was complaining over shoes. It was very unprofessional and the words they called me were totally uncalled for. I will never come here again and will also file a more thorough complaint with the offices for this. This is a great mall. Has all the major stores : nordstrom, macys, JCP and sears. Wonderful in the holidays since parking is not a nightmare like other major stores. Its newly renovated so looks great, has a lot of chairs scattered to sit and chat with friends. There's a barns and noble which is wonderful. And the restrooms are pretty clean. Overall, i would take this mall over the large, and crowded ones any day. read more
