No complaints from them, they just started moving everything. From start to finish, I could see the quality of their work (I actually have some construction experience). They were polite, respectful, and along with the solid construction, cleaned up after themselves when finished. I didn't pay for the new balcony, so I have no idea of the cost, but I would certainly hire these folks myself if I needed a deck or other such work.

When we both agreed that the finish was not satisfactory, he came back and slapped some mortar on the bad spots and left clumps of it on the brick. He will not return to our house to discuss and we have had to hire another contractor to fix both jobs. He's pretty fast as cashing our checks though. Don't use this guy!
