They were welcoming and knowledgeable from the get-go--even fixed my front bumper in seconds and immediately. They sent me an estimate on the same day for a crack repair and some paint correction I needed to get done. I dropped off my car and a couple of days later got an email from them telling me less work was needed than initially thought, and informing me that the price would go down. *down*! A true testament to their honesty and ethics. The work was completed ahead of time and beautifully. My car looks as good as new, when in fact it's ten years old.
