When you drop in, it feels awkwardly like walking into someone's private home. People use it for events- and that makes sense. It's an events space rather than a historic one. The people are friendly. It's historic, but not impressive. The property and tasting room are both gorgeous, with sleek, modern design and breathtaking scenery. You get a panoramic view of the valley and surrounding vineyards, which makes every visit feel extra special. There is free parking, which is a great bonus. You do need a reservation for wine tastings, but you can still walk the property and take in the views without one. They have lite bites for sale. Even if you're just stopping by to explore, the scenery alone makes it well worth the visit.
