We went for an event planner reception...and were surprised to hear even our organizers have never had access to this venue before and were excited to be there. Many celebrities will reserve this property due to it's strict accessibility. So if you ever get a chance to check it out, do not hesitate!

The gardens are absolutely beautiful with lush greenery, fountains, and charming little spots that feel like a peaceful retreat. You drive up a long, tree-lined path that sets a relaxing vibe right from the start. The big oak tree on the "Forbidden Lawn" makes for a stunning backdrop for photos. The place feels upscale but still warm and inviting. There's a nice mix of formal gardens and natural areas, so there's always something pretty to look at. Paula LeDuc catering runs the food, and they're top-notch, which is a bonus. Just a heads up, the venue has a lot of rules, like quiet music and an early curfew, so it's not your wild party spot. I came for a retreat and stayed one night, two days. Okay, first off, I just have to say... The food was amazing! Props to the chef, there was food for normal diets and special made dishes for vegans and other restrictive food diets! Everything was delish! I couldn't wait for meals! One of my favorite dishes had to be this pumpkin seed pesto! I'm just drooling at the thought of it. Meals were buffet style in a shared space, so other people who are staying will be sharing meals with you in the same space. The grounds itself are lovely. It's in a nice wooded space with little cabins everywhere, a pool and hot tub area, and many difference conference "cabins". Lots of outdoor work areas where you can hang out and do work. You can even schedule a massage in this cute little round cabin. There are some hiking trails around (although we didn't end up having any time for them). The property is on an incline, so if you have trouble with stairs or upward walking, it'll be something to consider. There are longer ramped inclines if stairs are a problem for you. The cabins themselves are nothing fancy. Quaint and cozy, we had a fireplace in ours which was so luxurious to have! There were three beds in our little cabin and a tiny little kitchen area as well. The bathroom was rather basic, felt like a childhood sleep away camp bathroom. There is a lot of parking throughout, and areas for you to drive up to the top (for people who have cabins at the top so you don't have to lug your luggage all the way up the stairs). It was overall a lovely quaint stay at Westerberke!

This is hands down one of my all time favorite hotel stays. Stayed here in August 2024. The Seven Branches Venue and Inn is such an incredible place. The inn has 6 rooms total so it made the stay very relaxing and intimate. We checked in on a Thursday and thankfully our room was available and got checked in early. We got suite 6 and this room exceed my expectations. The interior design was so cute and nice. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was my favorite place to lounge in. The baked goods delivered to your room was the cherry on top for me. The beautiful grounds of this venue is also gorgeous so it made the stay in Sonoma extra special for us. Our wedding was nothing short of a dream and Sova was a delight to work with…read more We reached out earlier this year to tour the facility and immediately knew Denise was different and didn't have the same stuffy attitude so many other wedding industry people have in Sonoma County. The grounds took our breath away, but it was also Denise's expertise and understanding of our limited budget that helped us decide this was the right venue. Throughout planning Denise was amazing and answered all of my insane questions and did multiple tours with family members. We decided to go with Preferred Sonoma Caterers from their vendor list and we were really happy with them as well. Sova including tables and chairs was amazing, and we did all our other rentals through PSC. We also rented the farmhouse for the week which I highly recommend. Our pictures from around the house turned out amazing. I have to stress that the website pictures don't do this place justice. It's beyond gorgeous. Overall, Sova was an exceptional backdrop to our day and I highly recommend it as a venue. Schedule a tour if you're on the fence, you won't regret it!

My…read morehusband and I had the privilege of spending several nights here in early January 2020 as part of a Napa Valley in wintertime excursion. It isn't easy to make reservations, as the location hosts numerous conferences, weddings, and religious gatherings, so don't assume that there will be room at the center if you are visiting on short notice. Rather, you should contact the reservations team weeks if not months ahead of time, just to be sure you can work out a time to stay. There are plenty of more convenient places to stay overnight when visiting Napa. This isn't one those ordinary, run of the mill places. It's a special place whose specialness strikes you the moment you drive up the entrance road and stays with you until the time that you regretfully have to leave. A very inspiring and restful place! Highly recommended fir adventurous travelers, creative types like artists, musicians, and writers, nature lovers, those individuals on spiritual quests of personal discovery. Oh, and the location isn't too bad for local wine tastings and tours, either! The Christian Brothers historically have been known for their love of wine, and it shows, in the best possible of ways. One side of the complex is still an active monestary, separated from the chapel by a beautiful courtyard. On the other side of the chapel is another courtyard (which was the venue for the reception), which is surrounded by their conference facilities and lodging. Mayra, the wedding coordinator, was very easy to work with and helpful. As a location, this venue embodied the Wine Country feeling, without being gaudy or showy. It didn't feel rushed, as some of the wineries do. The food was excellent as well- the chef goes above and beyond.... not at all "conference center" fare, but true WIne Country cuisine. While it's slightly remote (not terribly so), I think that adds to it's charm. It's hardly 10 minutes from Napa itself, but feels like it's a world away.
