Very expensive. Not a lot of truck action. Same tricks by different cars. 3 broken down cars during show. A lot of wasted time with talk. ‍

Unfortunately, on check-in no explanation about the activities was given so we were on our own trying to figure it out. Overall, the entertainment options are fun and we had a great time! The employees are hit or miss. Some are not very friendly or helpful and some are. Colton needs to be recognized because once he took over helping us with the attractions our experience went from 3 to 5 stars. He explained everything thoroughly to us, helped me choose which would be best for having motion sickness, and overall just made our experience very enjoyable by paying attention to small details. It seems they were operating on a skeleton crew this day. We sat and tried to order food and there was only one server for everyone. Needless to say, it took quite a while to be able to even place an order. The go-kart experience runs like a well oiled machine and was probably the smoothest experience we had out of everything there. Overall we had a ton of fun, but this place really needs to work on training their employees for better customer service and experience.

The area is huge with tons of arcade games. The racing was fun although it was hard to know when it was starting. The safety brief/orientation was a minimum. It was hard to hear the staff especially with our helmets on. Also did not like that they used our full government name for the leaderboard (especially bc this was sent via email)- would've liked the option for an alias or just first names. The VR game was very immersive (reminded me of Disney's VOID but scaled down). The racing simulator and 7D experience was just ok. Waiting for attractions, there would be either no staff to help (and you're waiting in line for nothing) or an over abundance of staff hanging around.

My husband's seat just kept reclining even after he stopped pushing the buttons. There was popcorn all over in between the cushion, and everything just appeared to be old and overused. For the price they charge to see a movie nowadays, I think these seats should be cleaned and checked regularly to ensure they work properly. Oh and the drink prices at the bar were so expensive! Definitely disappointing for sure.

While ordering food, there was one girl who was apologizing to others as it was her first day. Understandable. She took our order and was by herself so we waited for the hot food. She got backed up once the line got longer so cooking my food was put until later once the line died. When she goes to cook the food, she takes the hot dog out of the oven but drops it on the floor. Understandable as it was her first day. Then another guy comes in (the one that is trouble) by the name of Robert to help. They take their sweet time trying to get my food going and took another 5 minutes to put my food back in the oven. By then it's been 15 minutes already and I was getting impatient as the movie was starting already. Once the food finally gets to me, I asked to confirm if they gave me the right sauce. They didn't. I asked for ranch and bbq for my tenders but Robert puts in buffalo. I politely tell him that I wanted bbq and ranch. He then goes on to protect the girl after she admits getting it wrong that they're not allowed to serve 2 sauces unless they paid extra. Not knowing that information, he accuses me of stealing and gives me attitude about it, trying to protect her and antagonize me about it. I don't know, seemed like he's just trying to get in the girls pants and be an angel in front of her. I get offended and upset and also didn't back down. Once I finally get walking to my movie, he FOLLOWS me inside and when I confront him he just says "I work here and I'm going around", but why would you go into the same exact movie that I was going to if he wasn't trying to threaten me. Sus. I also don't back down and then he comes back trying to start a fight. Ruined the whole mood of the movie afterwards He must've known when my movie ended too because once I got out he was by the concession stand ready to stare me down with his other workers until I left. Robert, if you see this. Know that you are one shitty piece of work that will probably never get the girl you were being so defensive about. Do NOT interact with Robert. He will give u an attitude and has temper issues

Parking was also an extra cost, but I think if you bought your parking online it was a little bit cheaper. There was a Fear Farm merch tent and a few other tents selling food and drinks. Since we came on Wednesday, I'd say the lines weren't as bad as it may have been on the weekend. However, there were definitely a lot of missed opportunities for jump scares. While everyone in our group did get scared at least once, I thought it would be more scarier. Some of the themes were better than others. I don't think I would come back to this one. There are other haunted places to check out in the valley. I will say that the music they had playing throughout the park that evening was awesome. Not sure if it's always the same, but it was hits from the 90's!

There are 4 different themed haunted houses that are included in the general admission ticket and all the activities (corn maze, zombie shooting, etc.) are additional costs. Parking is also an additional cost which is always annoying. Overall, the haunted houses were fun but I think they could've been improved with more scare actors. The carnival themed one was my favorite but it was too short. The blood shed one was too long and barely had any decorations, it was basically just a maze. We were there for over 2 hours since there's a bit of a line to wait for each house so people are spread out.
