I now have a leak in one of the bathrooms, and he says he "doesn't want to get involved any longer with this repair". I had a major issue with the other bathroom a couple of years ago, and he didn't take responsibility for that either. Apparently, from the reviews here, this is Joe's usual MO with dealng with his customers, having observed a consistent or characteristic pattern in communication or behavior. STAY AWAY!

When we asked to breakdown the costs, so we could better understand how he came to this number, he refused and stated the company uses 'hours and points' to come up with their pricing. This review shall double as a thank you letter to Suzanne, who stayed late with me yesterday…read moreevening to complete my kitchen renderings after I changed my mind again! Suzanne has the patience of a saint! I know that she had a family to tend to, but she still stayed past closing time because she knew how much it meant to me, for which I'm incredibly grateful and writing this review. I'm in the development stage, which is always challenging and fraught with second thoughts over color, design, hardware, expense, etc., because this family-centered room is a considerable expense and the center of our family's home. I called a bit late in the day but, fortunately, was able to secure a last-minute appointment with Suzanne, who is incredibly knowledgeable and a whiz on her computers. I say, fortunately, because she is has many clients due to her distinguished reputation; an appointment is highly recommended. Suzanne finished my computer drawings and elevations. An "elevation" is a "photographic", computer-generated image from a mechanical computer drawing. This is all uncharted water for me! Best of all, knowing little about kitchen design and construction, I can TRUST Susanne! I know she won't take advantage of this female client, which is invaluable! Thank you so much, Suzanne, for always going above and beyond.

The owner came out to see it personally and came up with a plan to install the exact Clopay doors and Liftmaster Jack shaft openers that we wanted. Julie's techs effectuated a really trick detail to make it all happen. This is the second project they have handled for us and it will not be the last ! BTW- We did shop around and got rude treatment and an "This isn't easy so I'm gonna screw you price" from another company beginning with a "B". The price was substantially higher for lower quality doors and standard openers. When I specifically asked about Jack Shafts he replied "don't even ask, there is no way to fit one in here never mind three" So we owe Julie, Savannah and the entire team a huge thank you, 5 stars is not enough !
