I am told I will need to continue paying for eternity or alternatively I can spend a small fortune to ship it back to them. These are my only options. This is a perfect example of profit over customer service and complete unwillingness to work with your customer. I'm amazed they can't just allow me to keep this three year old Bell kit for the nearly $700 I've invested. But apparently I need to fly to Pennsylvania to pick out a new instrument or spend a fortune shipping this back otherwise I can count on spending $20 a month for the rest of my life.
