Something about this smelled fishy, so I decided to rescue her. I considered jotting over on my pennyfarthing, but didn't think those galoots would even bat an eye. I purchased a Roland Juno106 that was advertised on reverb.com as "VOICE CHIPS SERVICED" and in excellent condition. When the package arrived, 2 of the 6 voice chips were completely shot. I contacted reverb.com support and John to get a refund for the broken item. John became entirely unresponsive, refused the returned package, refused to provide a refund(even though his receipt offered a refund for any used item up to 30 days after purchase). All in all, I now have had to file a claim dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back for the broken item, not too mention the $150 that's been paid in shipping. I would never recommend that anyone buy/sell anything through Trygar Music. Absolute rip off.
