From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a cheerful and welcoming staff, all full of smiles. The office itself is clean and organized, with a cozy waiting area that made me feel right at home. Upon entering my exam room, I discovered a lovely welcome gift waiting for me, which added a nice personal touch to my visit. Although I don't generally have fear of dental visits, Maria offered me comfort items like a blanket, water, a stress ball, neck pillow, and more--making the experience even more enjoyable. My hygienist, Camille, was exceptional--her gentle approach and calming tone put me at ease immediately. She maintained great communication throughout the entire visit, which I really appreciated. The X-rays were easy to manage, and they also took regular photos of my teeth for before-and-after treatment purposes and chart references. The cleaning process was fantastic; my teeth feel incredibly clean and happy after my visit. Prior to the oral surgery I was given a Treatment Plan printout showing what my insurance would pay and my out of pocket costs. It was right on the money - it was even a bit less than anticipated. I have been going there for at least 5 years now - never had any sort of problems at all. Dr. Baik and his wife Dr. Song are excellent Dentists, and first class people. I trust them with my mouth. They surround themselves with a staff that are real pro's, from Dental assistants Whitney and Unis, to all around utility and billing expert Hannah, whom never ceases to amaze me with her magic EOB pencil. I had some trepidation going into todays surgery, and it was reflected in my blood pressure. Dr. Baik did not take that lightly, and acted accordingly. During the procedure, there was a little more bleeding than he liked, but again he adjusted, kept calm, and walked his knowledgeable assistants, plural, (and me) through it. After the procedure he went over it again with me, and I could tell he was visibly pleased with the results Under direction from them, I am sitting at home now and the numbness has worn off. I have no pain, no bleeding, and it is as if I had not even been at the dentist at all ... almost. Jenny also goes here. Her grandfather was a dentist, her mother a dental assistant, and she takes her oral care seriously, so that speaks volumes to me. Go here, you will not be sorry.

Being low income, I had to go to my local SeMar Clinic, and that's where I met Dr. Kelli and her assistant. I definitely felt like I had won the lottery there, Dr Kelli was so sweet, gentle and patient with me, I couldn't believe her compassion. I got my first filling in many years without an ounce of discomfort, or fear. Then she transferred to the Monroe Clinic. So I decided to commute to her office regardless of the miles. We moved during the middle of Covid and no one was accepting new patients at the time. I went around 2 years between my last cleaning and now. At some point I quit trying to get in anywhere. Until I could no longer tolerate my mossier than a Washington Rain Forest teeth. It was so bad, I thought I had something stuck in my gum. They got me in within 48 hours of my call. Turns out it was calculous build up irritating my gum. I hope I didn't drive Jonny too nuts, but he got out the issue and now my gum needs a little time to heal. Signing up my kids and my husband next. I don't recommend going that long between Dental cleanings! The good news: NO CAVITIES! Anyway, everyone at Sky Valley Dental is happy. You can tell that they have an amazing work environment and that translates to exceptional care. I highly recommend this experience. :) Almost makes me wish I was staying in Washington (You know it's a great Dentist if the thought crosses your mind to stay for that sole reason)!
