They won't stand behind the products they sell as a distributor but instead will tell you to talk with the manufacturer. Nor will they replace any product they sell that is defective or give refunds. They have no way of talking with upper management, as in they have an email but I was told by the pharmacy manager it's unmonitored. Basic business works as the pharmacy is the distributor they buy from the manufacturer. If my product is defective or broke I contact the distributor for a replacement or my money back and the distributor contacts the manufacturer about the quality and money recouped. But Roger's will hold no responsibility. Not a very good business practice.

They have a very large selection of beauty and other care products, including over the counter medications. The non-pharmacy section inside is also fantastic. They offer all kinds of beverages, foods, snacks, candy, and non-food items like greeting cards, paper products, and small gifts. I wish it had more of a flower selection for their live flowers. The customer service here is above average as they are quite friendly and helpful. It's a bummer that this place isn't open 24/7, but oh well. For the time that it's open, it is well-deserving of their 4-star rating I'm giving them.
