I requested a receipt for the pants I had brought the previous day. I noticed that it showed all items being dry cleaned. I informed the lady that the pants didn't need to be dry cleaned. She informed me that it was their policy that all items had to be dry cleaned before they could be altered due to the virus. Nonsense! So this is going to cost me an additional $7.00 per pair $21.00 for 3 )Why don't they inform you of such when you drop off items to be altered? Wouldn't washing be just as effective? This is a company policy and not a state requirement. How much sense does it make to dry clean something you are going to have altered?
