They don't serve that dish at a lot of places in Seattle so I was glad they had it at Soufend Cafe & Eatery. My friend got the vegetarian bánh xèo and it was HUGE! Each one was almost long as her forearm lol. It also came with plenty of vegetables. They put a lot of coconut creme and tofu inside the bánh xèo. Matcha with banana cookie foam was ok. The matcha flavor is there but it's not as strong as other matchas I've tried.
