Great job with my daughter's monogrammed backpack. But when I went to pick up my daughter's backpack today I did not have a nice experience at all. I felt not welcome there, it was not a good experience, I do not know if it was because of my ethnicity or what. I told my husband that I had this feeling and he agreed with me as he was there too. The young lady who attended me when I brought the pack up two weeks ago was so nice and I could feel she was interested on me as a client. I really liked this place that I wanted to purchase something else for my new niece and son but I decided to left the place as soon as possible. So sad honestly! read more

I love this place, they have become my go-to for monogrammed items and gifts. They have tons of choices of items at all price points and tons of colors and styles. Everyone I have interacted with here has been super friendly and helpful. Most recently I gifted ceramic piggy banks to my children which are classic and great quality. We have also purchased a monogrammed stuffed animal and a silver piggy bank which was so cute and well done, heirloom quality. The location is great, super walkable or easy street parking. I ordered a monogrammed airplane duffle bag for my toddler and the duffle arrived and it was missing some stitching. It was minor but I let the store know and they said it was an error of the bag maker and not theirs. They sent me a replacement bag even though I said I was pleased with the original bag and didn't mind the missing stitching. Great customer service! read more

This is SUCH a great shop for gifts. I stumbled upon this place while looking for a gift for my friend's child. I was immediately greeted by the woman working there. I wasn't sure where to start, so she asked for my budget and then gave me a list of gift ideas with prices. There are a ton of great options for a variety of budgets. I ended up choosing a superhero doll and cape. I picked out the font and thread colors, paid and was on my way. I bought a Little Giraffe baby blanket to be monogrammed as a gift. Unfortunately, at the time they only had one color/style to chose from for a baby girl. The embroidery took longer than I'd like since it was a gift however turned out very nice. My biggest complaint is that I didn't receive a gift box to go with the blanket. It was packaged in a plastic wrap. Not even close to ideal since it's a $94 blanket. read more

The ONLY reason I came into this store was that the team at Left Bank recommend I go there to embroider something I bought for my wedding. The items in question? Two small handkerchiefs in the shape of wedding dresses that I wanted embroidered with the date of my upcoming wedding. It was across the street from LB, so why not? I went to the back of the store, where the girl working the cash register told me she had no idea if they could embroider the handkerchiefs and she had to ask the owner, who was busy selling something to another woman in the store. I don't mind waiting, no problem, but I stood there for at least ten minutes while the owner chit chatted and gossiped with the woman she was trying to sell. She finally glanced in my direction and uttered a groan of disgust that GOD FORBID the people at Left Bank had sent her business. She turned aside to the woman she was helping and roller her eyes and said under her breath, "I don't know why they send them here." Um, rude. She then argued with me, telling me the pieces were "WAY TOO SMALL" for her to do. I said I would go somewhere else to see if they could and she said, "No way, no one can do this." Then she ripped one of the plastic bags the hankies were in. It was just a really really bad customer experience. I will never recommend this store to anyone, ever. read more

Watch out! Men what every do .. do not I repeat do not go to this store with your woman! Mainly cause this place is litteally cute and they will try to purchase the entire store! I have to admit I almost burned a hole in my wallet here :) lol! But seriously it is a very nice store to get children's clothes specially made with love. The staff is very nice and to my surprise the quality of work is pretty good when it comes to customizing pieces. So Cute and Cozy has access to very nice quality items for babies that most stores do not have access too. I recently ordered three custom plates with my neice's names on them. I ordered them 4 weeks before they visited, and they were intended to be a gift during their visit. The woman in the store mentioned they would take 3 weeks to monogram. This seemed like a long time compared to other custom-work companies you can find online, but I like to support local brick & mortor businesses and the plates were cute, so we placed our order. The three weeks passed and I called to ask for an update on the status of the plates. The woman who answered the phone said she didn't know, and couldn't help me, so after pressing a bit she said she would have the owner call me back. I never received a call. I called a day before they visited (almost a week after they said it would be ready) and again, they couldn't tell me when they'd be ready and she said she'd have the store owner reach out. I never heard from the owner, again. I visited the store on the day the were coming, and got the same runaround. After proactively checking in three times and being told I'd hear from the owner who could give me an update, I never heard from anyone at any point in the 4+ week wait. My nieces' trip came and went and I didn't have the plates to give them. I got them a week and a half late, was notified by auto-email they were ready, and never heard from anyone by way of an apology. I'm giving two stars because plates look nice and everything was spelled correctly. It would have been nice if they had been packaged in a box or bag, but that's not a big deal. I live in the area and was excited to see a cute go-to shop for gifts. But unfortunately due to the lack of customer service and transparency in the status of my order, I won't be ordering from here again. read more

I am shocked this place remains in business. After reading some of the yelp reviews I knew that I was not alone when experiencing the wrath of store owner, Jill, making excuses after excuses of why things go wrong in her store. You can even hear her negative tone I. Her replies on yelp. She almost scolds you like a child while defending that this is not her full time time job, or someone quit, or she didn't get the massage, or it looks fine to me, or oops I just felt like ignoring my business hours on the door bc I can. She thinks this is ok, when clearly it's not. I will never recommend this store to anyone and am actually thinking about putting in a claim to the better business bureau. She is hostile, delusional, and unstable, when all I want is a silly little shirt monogrammed in hot pink. How hard can this be? #horrible read more

Life saver! I needed my company name embroidered on a shirt, and I was leaving for the airport that afternoon for a conference the next day. I brought them a blank polo, and one with my company name already on it (so they could match the font), crossed my fingers, and hoped for a miracle. A few hours later they had almost perfectly matched the font of the original (I probably would not have been able to tell the difference had they not told me) and I made my flight with a brand new logo'd polo in my bag. Miracle delivered. Are these results typical? No, probably not - four hour turn times on custom embroidery is asking a LOT. Will I use them again? You bet. Even if I don't have to. Monograms on Webster is a TOTAL GEM in the city-- I would HIGHLY recommend it for original, unique items, precious personalized gifts, very thoughtful and thorough service and positively awesome specialty items that you are not going to find elsewhere. I have been very lucky to receive amazing gifts from the store-- everything from the cutest preppy little personalized items years ago when my son was born, to shower gifts and fun gift baskets. Even a little doggie towel that quickly became my little guy's favorite at 3 months old. We were complimented up and down by all of his little outfits, hats, and shirts! As he got older, we have also bought lunch boxes, backpacks, bags-- all ADORABLE! I bought many many shower gifts, engagement gifts, client gifts, co-worker gifts, and baby gifts. From golf towels, to robes, to shower towels, to christmas ornaments, to special house trays, to makeup bags, to little girls aprons, to even a beautifully engraved decanter that i gave for engagement gift. Every single item that I have ordered has been extremely well received and something the guests have GUSHED over. My son's Zebra print monogrammed blanket is a bedtime "must have" to this day Everyone that works in the store is so friendly, respectful, passionate and willing to help. They are not pushy, but also extremely helpful on what will turn out the best-- from colors, to fonts, to gift ideas. On a couple of occasions, I have also been in to see if there was any chance of monogramming outside items that were not purchased in the store. The store owner is so caring and patient-- while I would have to assume, outside items aren't the best way for her to make a profit, she will do ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING she can for her customers and BENDS OVER BACKWARDS. She carefully looked over my items, gave her professional advice on monogramming and suggested how she would go about it. Everything turned out positively perfect. She was so pleasant and kind.
