(Too many horror stories about companies quoting one thing and when they are there, doing a bait and switch, adding new costs on). Well, this is a family run, woman owned company with 6 locations that are not franchises. Jennifer will give you information no one else does about the kind of fob you may be getting from other companies, that don't last as long. I would say this is a company that cares about you not getting ripped off. David came and worked his magic. Within 10 minutes the car that I locked (because I had to leave overnight in front of a store) was open and then another 20 or 30 minutes for the 2 fobs to be received and tested. From my initial visit, I felt the business approached the interaction with a sense of superiority…read morerather than a professional and customer focused manner. Unfortunately, that initial impression carried through to the final outcome. The business failed to conduct itself in a professional, respectful, and equitable manner. Our scheduled appointment was not honored because the necessary materials had not been prepared beforehand. As a result, the agreed-upon services could not be fulfilled, and the appointment was ultimately canceled by mutual agreement due to the business's failure to meet its agreed-upon obligations. This experience demonstrated a lack of preparation, communication, and respect for my time as a customer. Overall, the final outcome reinforced my initial concerns and left me disappointed with the way the business handled the entire process.

The **customer service and expertise of my technician deserve 1,000 stars**--I truly cannot say…read moreenough about how kind, responsive, and accommodating Busy Bees has been. When my key failed and left me stranded at Target, the owner was incredibly kind and even offered to send someone to pick me up. They also quickly arranged to make another key for me the very next day at my home. The customer care has been exceptional. My frustration is **strictly with the quality and reliability of the replacement key fobs**. Around December, I received a generic Mercedes key fob without the logo, which was completely fine with me. However, the center piece repeatedly falls off, and the key itself has intermittently failed, requiring me to carry my original Mercedes key as a backup. I had planned to replace the car soon, so initially I didn't want to make an issue of it. However, I'm keeping the car longer than expected, and the recurring key problems have become genuinely frustrating--especially because the same center piece continues to fall off. **I don't want to complain or ask for yet another replacement. My concern is simply understanding why these replacement fobs seem to have both a reliability issue and a recurring problem with the center piece falling off.** The customer service is truly wonderful; I just wish the product quality matched it.
