She then tells me she doesn't have her appointment book with her on the weekend (which ironically the original appointment was made on a weekend), then she stops responding. ONLY after the salon owner saw the Google review did she send me a text- on September 5. "I was told by the salon owner....." She says that the reason for not getting back to me were family issues. So which is it? Family issues or the client is the problem? Like I said, IT IS ONLY HAIR! No big deal. But treat people right and be honest!

It felt like she pushed them on with her finger and she put a tone of glue that all my lashes stuck together in clumps. THEY ALL CAME OFF IN CLUMPS ALONG WITH MY NATURAL LASHES. My daughter wanted a star on one nail on each hand - one had five points and one had six. Super sloppy. Mine look even worse. Expensive too. I wouldn't recommend. Vibe was also strange and uncomfortable. Luckily we have good senses of humor and laughed at how horrible our nails looked after, even though we were highly disappointed.

Theres no way she can justify that my hair was dead enough to warrant that bc i had gotten a haircut from her a couple months before and she noted I had very healthy hair. Very disappointed she decided to turn my hair into something she wanted and completely disrespect my decision. I have been growing my hair for years and for her to cut it so that it is shorter than it was a whole year ago when i wanted half an inch of really sucks. Do not go to Judy if you Don't want her to cut multiple more inches than you ask for. I really thought she was a good hairdresser at first but now I have no trust in her and would not come back.

I had been there a few weeks before when my daughter and niece got pedicures. I saw how Michelle was doing someone else's nails and paying so much attention to the shape and details. I walked in and she sat me down right away. Be warned, no soak off (had a previous set that was falling apart), so that was a little intense. But once she got to work on the new set I was very pleased with the results! She pays attention to detail trying to get the shape just right. Nothing fancy just a great little nail shop that got the job done.

AND they didn't put anything such as such as disinfectant in the foot bath, nothing! Don't waste your money. Yes they are cheaper than other places but in this case, you don't get what you paid for. I was not greeted at the door, no one asked me my name or if I had an appointment, nothing. I walked in and is also very dirty, it didn't seem like they take care of the place at all. Ever since I walked in I just felt very neglected. I would not come back here ever again even if it was free. Horrible horrible horrible.
