The thin crust was perfectly crisp and light, never soggy, with just the right amount of chew. Sensational from the first bite to the last. Highly recommend if you're craving a high-quality thin-crust pie ( I will try a deep dish in a future visit)

Their wings are solid with great flavor, we got the garlic buffalo and we could taste the bacon flavor in it which was great. The only complaint I had was the that it wasn't crispy enough. Their lady who was working (I'm assuming she was either the owner or the manager) was nice and friendly. Overall this little restaurant is quite cozy and clean. Italo Pizza & Kosher Kitchen is a small super casual Kosher DAIRY Restaurant. This restaurant is…read morelocated just above Summerlin towards the north area of Las Vegas. They offer a variety of dishes that are free of meat but also offer fish dishes because fish is considered to be a dairy dish in Kosher Restaurants. They offer things like pizza, falafels, hummus, pitas, shakshukah, salads, sandwiches, some pasta, fish platters, and a few other things. I was told that everything is made by scratch in house. Soft beverages are served here and malt beer. I think even before we ordered the owner gave us complimentary peanuts and pistachios to munch on. We tried a variety of plates. We tried some plain pizza, falafels, hummus, pita, and a salmon plate. I am pleased to say that everything was reasonably good but I did like some things more than other things. I was most impressed with the house made pita bread. It is very rare that you get fresh made pita breads that are well made and fluffy. They are not going to win any prizes for presentation but the salmon was prepared impressively well and fast since it was only frozen minutes before. (It was actually MUCH BETTER than what you can get from steakhouses near to this area.) The pizza was better than it looks and is better than some I tried here. I am originally from the east coast so I have a preference towards a different style but this is good for what it is. The owner is a Mensch and could not be any nicer. He was extra kind and offered us all kinds of extra stuff including fresh fruit. I am looking forward to trying his new (meat) restaurant next door. It's called Joy Burgers and Sunup Cream. He expects to open it by the end of this month.

His staff member looked up at me a couple times as well, but she also did not come over to assist. I later learned that she wasn't allowed to speak to me, or any customer for that matter. The restaurant was not busy whatsoever, with only 2 tables of customers. Once the man decided to speak to me, he wouldn't ask what I was there for (whether to place an order or pick up), he just screamed at me multiple times to sit down & shook his finger at me. Initially, I politely declined & said that I was just here for a pick up, but he wouldn't let me get another word in to know who the order was for. He continued screaming at me to go sit down & to stop watching them. After realizing that I wasn't going to be able to get a word in, I stepped off to the side, leaned against the wall. The man came out from the kitchen & delivered something to one of the tables, & as he was walking back, he screamed in my face about how good their service was & that I just needed to be patient. Once again, I tried to tell him that I was just here for an Uber Eats pick up & the name of the person, but he kept shouting over me. A few moments later, his female staff member walked out to get something, so I asked her about how long she thought the order might take, but before she could answer me, the man looked up & started yelling at us. He screamed that I shouldn't be interrupting her from her task because it wasn't her place to tell me anything. He screamed that he was the boss so he would know how long it would take for an order to be ready. So I asked him how long it was going to take, but he refused to give me an answer & just continued to work. Mind you, this man still didn't know the order that I was here to pick up. The man came out again to take something to a table & screamed at me yet again about how good their service was & pointed to one of the tables telling me to ask that group how good the service was. I replied that I didn't need to talk to them for any reason, that I just wanted to pick up my order. Besides the fact that this was about a 25 minute process, he was berating his staff member that he was "training". He kept screaming at her, just like he was doing to me, & smacking his hands towards her whenever he got frustrated. This poor girl looked so defeated, I'm honestly surprised she didn't walk out on the spot. I've never seen a boss talk to an employee like that in my life.
