I explained to the employee that I was told this sale is over, but there is another sign here, so did the sale start again? He comes to look at it, doesn't find any dates, so he goes back behind the register. Rings up my stuff, discount does not come off. I say, "oh well, must've been a leftover sign, guess it's still over. No big deal." At that moment, Mr Manager walks through, and the employee pointed out the sign to him. He looks at me, looks at my items, and gets NASTY. "We went through this yesterday, she knows that sale is over, I gave it to her yesterday, I'm not doing it again today! She knows!" (Keep in mind I NEVER asked for them to honor the sale, he just assumed and went crazy.) I say "I understand sir, I'm not trying to argue with you, I had just asked the employee if there was a new sale, since I saw the sign again." He goes "NO! It's an old sign, I gave it to you yesterday, not doing it again today, YOU KNOW THE SALE IS OVER!" During this entire exchange I never raised my voice, I never asked for anything, never demanded anything, I was perfectly fine paying full price. All I did was ask the employee if there was a new sale. Never in my life have I been treated that way over a $1.50 item. Nasty, rude, Jerk. And unfortunately it was completely unnecessary. Save your rage for someone who actually gives you a hard time. Very kind and helpful employee, but very confrontational Jerk manager.

Some of the employees can be a bit rude or just not as friendly as you would expect. Even if you dislike your job you should still give excellent customer service even if you just smile and say hello to the person I could drastically change their experience. There has been a 1 dollar coffee with apps which is any size as long as it is hot beverage.  Last week he charges me regular price with no explanation or any signs that says it will be a regular price. Today, I visited again and the same guy charges regular price again and I asked isnt it $1 dollar with apps? Cause the signs still says it is a dollar with the app and the guy gives me an attitude with a face replying really? 2 times and he says price went back to regular and you get 7th cup free thats it!!. Like i mentioned above, there is no sign what so ever that mentions the price is going back to regular as of when. I don't mind if the price is changed, customers should be acknowledged before something changes, not when asked and the price is listed as same as before. I am very disaapointed at a few 7 eleven stores that does this and it is not the right way to treat the customers like this!!!
