Never had a problem until recently. (About a month ago) A worker (an older lady) was standing there waiting for something to come out of the oven and she was coughing and sneezing and sneezed right in my husbands sandwich. Absolutely disgusting. But like a good customer he's very forgiving and he returned. Then yesterday... when my husband was waiting for his sandwich, he was waiting 15 minutes this time! It (has always been 7 minutes!) Meanwhile, people who arrived AFTER him got their breakfast fast in a matter of minutes. Then he was going to be late for work and he called out to the owner "forget it I don't want my sandwich I'm late" owner responded "it's coming up" it WAS NOT. My husband then responded "i was waiting 15 minutes already" owner said "so what don't come back here anymore" . Unacceptable customer service. We will not be back. The 2 stars is for the coffee however. It was always very good.

We have been using the CVS in Coram since it opened. I wrote a review about my experiences there, at first wonderful but it quickly declined... 30 minute hold times (yes, seriously!), rude staff, etc. Anyway back to Rite Aid. I finally got all my household prescriptions transferred over to Rite Aid and have been updating my info with doctor's offices over the last few months and ever since it has been smooth sailing. Plus it's a lot closer to where I live now, I was just too lazy to make the switch but I'm so glad I did! Yes for shopping it is a smaller location but I can still find everything I need -- I mostly go for cards, a quick makeup stop, etc and I have always been able to find what I needed and wanted. The prices are seriously lower than the competitors around. There aren't too many gas pumps, probably around 8 or so, but for some reason I don't think they get much business.
