Jason and his team did an excellent job diagnosing the issue quickly and accurately. They were able to fix the problem fast by replacing the timing belt and addressing related components. What really stood out was how clearly Jason explained everything. He showed me exactly what was going on and kept me updated throughout the entire process, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. With the shop being just a block away from me and the turnaround time being so quick, the service was not only convenient but also a great value. I highly recommend them if you're looking for honest, efficient, and transparent auto repair.

I called several companies for minor hail damage estimates and selected Dent Lion after getting…read morefive bids. Jason was prompt and courteous for the eyes-on estimate for the few hail dings in my Honda CRV. He gave me details on what the costs would be if he was able to fix things without having to "take down" the interior upholstery for the one larger roof ding and the charge adjustment if that became necessary. Scheduling through the Dent Lion website was a breeze, and Jason was able to perform the minor hail repairs to the roof and hood of my CRV within my building's parking garage while I was at work. Top notch results as well, I cannot tell where the original dents were -- thank you for your excellent work!

I had a lot of work done here, including the AC, but still had the same issue afterward. Later I discovered that every AC component had been replaced except the actuators -- which turned out to be the actual problem. They also did my leaf springs and reinstalled the shocks, but failed to bolt the bottom bolts down. A brake chamber was installed incorrectly, with the brake hose rubbing on the frame. This eventually caused the hose to break, leading to a roadside breakdown. The problem I see here is a lack of attention to detail and rushing through jobs without truly diagnosing the issues. I also dealt with a third-party warranty company that required the shop's business license and certified mechanic certificates. The shop promised to provide these but never did. They kept saying their mechanics were certified but refused to prove it to the #Warranty company. I expected more -- especially since they always claimed they would "look after me" as a customer. In the end, when I pressed for the documentation, they simply said, "We don't have to'
