A Mad Wolf BBQ bowl costs $16.95 and includes one serving of any ingredients you choose, assembled by a staff member. The meats are beef, chicken, and pork. There was a wide selection of ten veggies, and nine different sauces to select from or mix. The bowl also comes with a large serving of noodles or steamed rice. Once you have selected all of your ingredients, they cook it up on the griddle and bring it to your table. The bowl was good, but it was heavy on the noodles and not as much on the meat. You can order extra meat for $2.75 which I would definitely do next time. The kind woman at the register brought us some chile oil so we could kick up the heat on our bowls. It was definitely filling, and I took a portion home for later. The staff was friendly, delivered our cooked food to our table, and cleared the table immediately after we got up to leave. I would normally give this place four stars, but it was very hot outside, and with no air conditioning, it was uncomfortably hot inside also. That's why this particular interaction stood out so much. One employee was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. His tone was disrespectful, his attitude was hostile, and the entire interaction left me wondering why someone working with customers would choose to speak to people that way. What frustrated me even more was that when I calmly asked for his name, he refused to give it to me. He also wasn't wearing a name tag. If you're willing to treat customers poorly, you should at least be willing to identify yourself when asked. The other employees I've encountered here have always been courteous and professional, which makes this person's behavior even more disappointing. One employee shouldn't be able to damage the reputation that the rest of the staff works hard to build. I don't know what was going on with him that day, but there is simply no excuse for treating customers with that level of disrespect. Hopefully management takes this seriously because nobody should have to deal with that kind of behavior when they're simply trying to enjoy a meal.
