Why does Gordley have the right to plop you in his chair, perform all kinds of procedures without informing you of at least a cost estimate? Does his office practice non-disclosure? The office didn't even give me a clear diagnosis; they did some x-rays and took me into his futuristic 3D x-ray room. After the cool new machine provided some images, he still had no solid diagnosis and told me to see my PCP. He gave me some nickel-dime antibiotic and I went to the front desk. The front desk conveniently could not get to my insurance company online so I paid hundreds of dollars for my visit. The desk told me my insurance company would reimburse me. A month or so later, I got a check for $30+ dollars from my insurance company. Did Dr. Gordley pull the wool over my eyes with his cool new 'Jetsons' x-ray machine that he knew my insurance wouldn't pay for? Did Gordley's office practice non-disclosure? How many Seniors or University students get duped everyday by this sleazy practice? My last dentist would tell me what they were going to do step-by-step, run it through my insurance company and get my permission BEFORE performing any procedures. Gordley doesn't do that. That day, the poor lady next to me had to write a check for over $800.00. WTF? I still have a sore tooth and have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Hidden fees are an unscrupulous practice. This guy is getting rich on your dime. There are many honest dentists in the area. Don't get duped with Gordley.

Ryan (Dr. Hartle) is now the exception. Going to his practice was a relief! Every person there treated me respectfully. Really, it was more than I expected. I first came to Dr. Hartle after having a painful procedure from another dentist, who then advised me to get a crown from him. I was referred to Dr. Hartle through a friend, and Dr. Hartle not only informed me the crown was unnecessary at this point, but also took care of a filling quickly and painlessly. Dr. Hartle is just is incredibly friendly, more so than any dentist I have had. His assistant Barb was sweet enough I might have mistaken her for my mom; I'd send anyone I knew to him!
