My experience at Cranberry Dental Spa has been nothing short of amazing. I decided to go in after seeing one of my girlfriends get her veneers done and a great experience too. My consult was informative and not rushed. I left with a quote and an understanding of what I needed (verses what I originally thought I needed - which was vastly different ). I love how thorough Katie is with the photography process so before and afters will be so cool to see! Dr. Rob has a great way of explaining things without using a ton of industry terminology which I think is important to us non-dentists. Plus, he is consistently updating his education on cosmetic dentistry which is so important to me! The assistants and front office are all so cute and kind too! Feeling like friends by the time you leave! I had Zoom Whitening done first, then a set of temporary teeth installed for a month before getting my permanent veneers. I was hesitant to get veneers vs. crowns bc I thought they weren't going to last as long but I am happy we went this route! As for pain, I'm not sure if it's this way for everyone but I really didn't have any. I actually fell asleep at one point during the temp install! For a few days after my temps I had some slight soreness but nothing that an ibuprofen didn't fix. After my permanent veneers, no discomfort at all. I was eating and drink the same day. I do have a little cold sensitivity but I knew that was a possibility and will dissipate. Overall my experience was amazing! It's not often you find businesses that are not only great at their technical craft but also great at business and customer service. I've already sent referrals and I love my new smile! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Bryan and Dr. Rob for the last 6 years and they have always given me the best treatment. I have always had anxiety to go to the dentist, but they make it fun and keep things real. I am told what can wait when something is in need and provides a relaxing environment. This review is long overdue. We owe respect to those few people we encounter in life that go above and beyond expectations. For 2 years, I've had a note in my desk to write this review. We live outside of PA and were only in Cranberry for 6 weeks during a long stay for both family and business purposes. About 2 weeks in, wife broke down the middle the veneer on a front tooth. She had never been happy with the mediocre work by supposedly one of the better dentists in Manhattan. Since that ordeal, she's been dentist adverse. She insisted we could wait the remaining few weeks before returning home and have the work done there. It was uncomfortable for her, so I looked into local dentistry services. My instincts favored Dr. Brian's place over others. Yet the service from Dr. Brian and the results far exceeded expectation. Brian was able to talk on an intelligent, informative, non-sales way that gave us understanding and confidence. Within the space of 4 weeks, we decided to go with replacing wife's front veneers. The shaping, color matching, and comfort my wife received was professional to the level of artistry. As one professional to another, I had the most exceptional respect for Dr. Brian. I wished we could clone him and take a copy of him back to our state of residence. 2 years now in, there have been absolutely no problems and we remain very happy with the work. We have no particular reason to be back in Cranberry any time soon, but when the day comes that we require anything more than basic dentistry services, - back to Cranberry and Dr. Brian we will go. I am forced to give at least 1 star. This place is very expensive. I was originally given an estimate cost of $160 to have two cavities filled (1 small, the other large). I ended up spending $328 (with decent insurance) !!! I asked why the price nearly doubled, and the front desk lady said " Sorry hun, I can't control what happens back there". I understand that prices are higher when your dealing with out of network dentist, but $328 for 2 fillings??? I was treated horrible, worst experience ever. I will be looking for another dentist that is in network this time. It will be struggle to buy the rest of my Christmas gifts now. Update: I would like to add that these so called dentist had a long list of things wrong with my mouth from cavities to other unnecessary treatments. I'm lucky to have found another dentist that was honest and not out take me to the cleaners. I haven't had a cavity filled since my last visit at cranberry dental. I'm sure if I went back to this place would that would be a different story. Do you homework, you think something is wrong please get a 2nd opinion! read more

Beware!! Out of Network Though the service is top-notch, you pay for it. They are out of network for every insurance. So, they will collect what your insurance pays, but you pay the rest of what the doctor feels he can charge for services. Cleaning? $200+ ...so if your insurance covers $75- you pay the rest! A trip to the dentist can be stressful but they even have a numbing reversal injection that shortness the after effects of the numbness! I have had extensive work done here and I love this place. I really am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but the atmosphere here is so warm and welcoming. Toothed sports fans of fair Pittsburgh, this joint is where you want to get your grille polished. Half of the scrubs-wearing staff, the DMDs included, are wearing official Steelers® scrubs. After just a few minutes in the waiting room, where I was surrounded by sportscasting TVs tuned in to ESPN, I pranced into my appointed chair right on time. And, lo, there was another TV, and I beheld it was also tuned to ESPN. Maybe it was ESPN2? The TVs, like ESPN, where everywhere. And it was good. After delightful, mumbly conversation with the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth, I walked out with sparkling, shiny, pearly whites, newly keen to local and national sports scores. Really great Dentists. I've been going here for a few years and they have always done a good job. I always refer people here. Fortunately my schedule changes a lot and I've had to re-schedule appts frequently and it is never a problem. I really appreciate that because it's probably annoying for them. And Michelle at the front desk is awesome! Recently I had some major work done here. I was pretty nervous, but they took good care of me. I didn't love the look of the temporary's -so I was disappointed. Dr. Brian knew I wasn't totally satisfied. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He gave me his personal cell phone number and had me come in a couple times for adjustments to make sure I was happy. The final result is so great, I just love it. I'm so proud to smile now. I am very private person and it takes a lot to make me feel comfortable sharing personal information and/or having someone in my personal space. My incredible experience at Cranberry Dental Care did not start when I sat on the office chair but rather when I made my first phone call to inquire about treatment. My call was greeted by a cheerful voice that welcomed all my inquiries. After answering all my questions, giving me estimates of what my costs could be and walking me through the entire process I was ready to make the appointment. The waiting area is a personification of the cheerful person that helped me. It is well lit, very clean and modern with a big flat screen TV showing interesting dental facts. When it was my turn for treatment I was greeted by a friendly dental hygienist . She was filled with knowledge of current events and other interesting facts. She calmed my nerves and raised my comfort level. Dr Klaich was equally charming and also was knowledgeable on a wide array of subjects. To my surprise I was so comfortable and relaxed, I actually fell asleep. The dentist explained, in plain English, what was going on with my teeth and gave me several options on how to address it. I never felt rushed and both the dentist and the dental hygienist were very detailed. To finish my visit I was given great information, regarding my dental insurance, by the front staff. I learned some things I did not know about my insurance and appreciated the time they took to explain it to me. It was a five star visit and I look forward to my next appointment. Both doctors have been there for everything. Both are so sweet about all my needs including communicating with other doctors and my orthodontist. Cranberry Dental Care is an over the top dental facility that makes you feel and look like a celebrity. Their office does not have a dentist or doctor feeling at all. It is very posh, well put together, and very enjoyable. Everyone there is friendly, and it reminds you of the TV show Cheers where everyone knows your name. I had around 24 teeth repaired, a major undertaking, and I actually enjoyed my visits. Their work is extremely percise, and what they are able to do is mind blowing. after many years of neglect, i bit the bullet and took a friends recommendation to go to cranberry dental studio. she had just discovered them and couldnt say enough about them,,,my teeth were in ok shape,,,the gums were the problem,...as many of you know, after leaving your teeth go without care for years,,becomes an embarassing situation ,when youve had enough and its time to deal with it,,,and is why its put off for so long. it becomes routine [and easier] to just not smile. or cover your mouth when you do. i swallowed my pride,,,the throbbing gums had to go. long story short,,,,10 teeth pulled,,,they sent me to hampton to dr. bakuri for that and to have implants put in to hold a bottom plate. that was last june. i decided to have a new top plate made as well,,,,why would i keep the old one that i hate?? fast forward to yesterday, feb 7,,,,after 3 adjustments,,,they are perfect!!!! i had my first meal since june that i could actually eat, with both plates in my mouth,,,,nothing moved, hurt, pinched, slid,,,,,it was like 30 years ago,,,with a full set of my own teeth in my own head!!!! i am beyond amazed. i failed to mention i had bells palsy years ago and have a very crooked uneven face,,,,smile. much like a picasso painting,,,,im sure this added to the difficulty of making my new smile. i could kick myself for waiting so long, but im kinda glad i did or i would have not found this amazing place and all of their amazing staff!! their dental tech guy, tom, is a master of his craft, and does all the work right there in the office instead of sending a mold across the country and receiving your teeth that way. these are all custom made on site,,,,,top of the line all the way!!! dr brian and cranberry dental studio is the only place you want to go for top notch service!!!! i love my smile and wont ever cover it up again!!!! thank you to all for all of your hard work and dedication, you never made me feel like a schlub for the neglect i allowed to happen. i knew i was in the right place from the start of this life changing experience. read more
