No one disclosed a price to you prior to your purchase. A lawyer will quote you a price for services. A car dealer? Yep. Why does Gordley have the right to plop you in his chair, perform all kinds of procedures without informing you of at least a cost estimate? Does his office practice non-disclosure? The office didn't even give me a clear diagnosis; they did some x-rays and took me into his futuristic 3D x-ray room. After the cool new machine provided some images, he still had no solid diagnosis and told me to see my PCP. He gave me some nickel-dime antibiotic and I went to the front desk. The front desk conveniently could not get to my insurance company online so I paid hundreds of dollars for my visit. The desk told me my insurance company would reimburse me. A month or so later, I got a check for $30+ dollars from my insurance company. Did Dr. Gordley pull the wool over my eyes with his cool new 'Jetsons' x-ray machine that he knew my insurance wouldn't pay for? Did Gordley's office practice non-disclosure? How many Seniors or University students get duped everyday by this sleazy practice? My last dentist would tell me what they were going to do step-by-step, run it through my insurance company and get my permission BEFORE performing any procedures. Gordley doesn't do that. That day, the poor lady next to me had to write a check for over $800.00. WTF? I still have a sore tooth and have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Hidden fees are an unscrupulous practice. This guy is getting rich on your dime. There are many honest dentists in the area. Don't get duped with Gordley.

My wait was roughly seven minutes, so no complaints there. Once in an exam room, two staff members explained how the x-ray and exam processes would work. I was not chastised when admitting to being a terrible flosser (as in, only doing so when a stubborn celery thread is jammed in there); they've promised to teach me methods of flossing that are less cumbersome than what I've been taught in the past, so I'll no longer regard it as an unpleasant task, but rather a healthy habit worthy of developing properly. The x-rays were different (much more thorough) than in any other exam I've ever had, so I was thankful for their explanation beforehand. My old fillings need attention, and the follow-up steps were also explained in detail. This office appears to utilize the very newest technology and administrative systems; one staffer mentioned that they recently digitized all patient files to free up tons of office space where filing cabinets used to be. Also, receiving text and email reminders before my appointment was greatly appreciated. All in all, everyone at this office - including Dr. Spadafora himself - could not have been more pleasant and professional. If you're like me, dreading dental visits even without problems / issues with your teeth, you'll take great comfort in this whole experience. I highly recommend Dr. Spadafora.

This office advertises as a participating provider. I was charged full amount well over $ 1,100.00 for a crown upfront before i could be treated. No office staff advised getting a pre approval first. I had to bring it to their attention that i was overbilled. Then i was told i would receive a refund if the insurance paid. I was wrong to agree to this and paid upfront because i so needed the procedure. It took me a month to receive a refund of $ 473.40 and i had to fight for it. i not only paid them but my dental insurance paid them as well. They held my money even after MetLife indicated they would pay. I have never experienced anything like this in all of the years i have visited dental practices. I am 69 years old. The office aide named Ava was very demeaning and needs to learn how to respect and speak properly to the customer. Her attitude and approach to the public is unacceptable. I have been so tempted to report this incident as elder abuse and feel bad for any elderly person who does not understand these procedures. Needless to say, my husband and i will not return.
