And then the Dentist Todd comes in and says to me no one knows why your here. Really !! Today is my appointment to pick up my repair I take a day off work for my appointment because his technician would not work around my schedule. I have been going to this dentist for 15 years . He puts my mouthpeice in and its flopping all over my mouth and he does some adjustments and its still needs adjustments he got up and walked out. And the technician says it s usually dosent fit well... Then fix it and then. I go to check out and told her how rude they are all the time. And told her that he had make more adjustments to fix it and he Refused to fix it. And said it was the laboratories fault.

They got me my braces, my tooth fillings, and they also recomend me for certain toothbrushes and toothpastes. They do not charge me that much so it is very affordable. They also do not make any unnessary appointments for me. I shall go there as long as I can. Four out of 5 stars!

Going to the Dentist, or Oral Surgeon is not something most would look forward to, but if you need either I highly recommend Dr. Russell Wible, DMD, and his staff. Did a filling on my daughter who never needed a filling before and the tooth continued to hurt for a long time following the procedure. Every time I called the office I was told the tooth "needed time to calm down". Finally took my daughter to our old dentist (we moved to PA and was establishing with new doctors). Ohio dentist said the filling was drilled so deep it hit her nerve and now she needed to be sent to a specialist. She subsequently needed a root canal and a crown. Ohio dentist said at her last appointment which was exactly 6 months prior to her Gagliardi appointment....showed no cavities at all and the tooth he filled looked good on all their xrays. I was told by the specialist that it was "highly unlikely" to go from no cavity to a super deep cavity that ended in a root canal in just 6 months time. Ohio dentist also found filling material high up under her gum line. She had pain for weeks and Gagliardi's office kept saying it just needed to have time to "calm down", meanwhile shes walking around with hard filling material stuck under her gun line and her root damaged by being hit with his drill because he went too deep. My daughter also said during the filling procedure he seemed uninterested and kept saying things to his assistant like "I need a vacation "! Heard he's out of business...GOOD! Maybe someone finally sued him. Horrible dentist...bad personality! My husband wanted to talk to him regarding this situation and we were told he could, but it would cost us a consultation fee to talk to him.
