I make my appointments for the afternoon so I don't have to miss work. I tell them I cant,and​ she gets an attitude and says we'll call you back. Never called. Fast forward to this year and sure enough they tried it again with same result. Said we'll call you back. They never did so I called them back. I asked if I'm coming at the original time set for me which was1:00. She says yes, with attitude. I get there at 1230 only to be told that my appointment was at 10. I never complain, but this is apparently a problem there that needs to be addressed.

When the mold was in wax or whatever it is they use I informed them per sign in wall for patient that if they don't fit talk to doctor n they will adjust before final approval but they did not I was told twice oh they will fit once they come back n they did not I told them they were to big for my mouth long story this place has great workers but doctor should not be allowed in
