Fast forward to this year and sure enough they tried it again with same result. Said we'll call you back. They never did so I called them back. I asked if I'm coming at the original time set for me which was1:00. She says yes, with attitude. I get there at 1230 only to be told that my appointment was at 10. I never complain, but this is apparently a problem there that needs to be addressed.

We have only been coming here for about two years. I actually use to bowl with him many years ago so I decided to become a patient of his along with my children. He and his staff are very friendly and professional but also provide a laid back atmosphere. I think this is important considering that most hate going to the Dentist. Most recently, my 8-year old had to get braces on his top teeth. He was a nervous wreck but again he and his staff calmed his fears and the experience was a good one for my little one. They are very gentle with the kids so much so that they looked forward to going for their cleanings. This is HUGE as we don't have to "pull teeth" to get them to go to the dentist. Im a funny guy ain't ?! Luckily, I have decent dental coverage but I must say that the fifth star eludes them because the pricing on their services are a little higher than others.
