I went to the location in Boardman. My first impression was it was very unclean floor was dirty and was very noisy. Then secondly was told they took my insurance, however that was a lie. The straw that broke the camels back is l used the restroom and it was dirty and the paper towel dispenser didn't work. This was a disgrace for a dentist office. I had a procedure done here and I had a great experience at Dental Express in Niles! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the doctor himself is very kind and careful too. Him and his assistant talked me through the procedure and was making sure I was okay the entire time. No pain at all during the procedure. I have a fear of the dentist too and I felt comfortable the whole time. Definitely a good place to go! read more

Let me just start off by saying i am not one to complain. I've also never been afraid to go to to the dentist, however I had to find a new dentist due to my insurance change. So I just scheduled an appointment with the first place I found, which was a big mistake. I had to have a cavity filled, the doctor was slightly aggressive and abrupt. When he went to put the shot in my mouth he did not give any me any notice so naturally I jumped and he proceeded to tell me that if I didn't stop jumping he was going to cut the inside of my mouth. A day after I woke up with a huge bruise on my cheek, and now a week after I still have that bruise along with serious pressure on the bridge of my nose and near my eyes. So I'm assuming he hit a sinus cavity but I am not certain. I'm hoping it's just time for all go away soon however I will not be returning here ever again!! read more

The dentist at this office is rude to the patients you can't ask him anything. One day he'll tell you one thing two days later he says another thing. When you ask about what he said before your treated rudely and he points his finger at you like a child. Absolutely disgusting how entitled he actually believes he is. Your patients are not your children and they should be able to ask whatever they want about their treatment without dealing with a doctor that acts like a child. Had an appt. but was not taking in til almost an hour later. they took xrays and did a temp filling on a tooth that needed a root canal done. Did not give me pain meds or antibiotics for the tooth,. I called them for an emergency and yea that was no good as they never called me back. I was so sick and in pain from my tooth that I had to go see my primary doctor to get meds for my tooth. Then they had the guts to call me to come in for the crown for my tooth, I told them that I had called them for emergencies and they acted like I never called, well my phone records don't lie. I told them forget me coming into their office as if you can't take my call for emergency or give me meds for pain and antibiotics till I get back into the office and my insurance clears the charges then you don't need to be seeing me in your office, and have a good day. My advice is if there's problems with the office and doctors from reviews then don't go . As they have been through the issues and the heart acres and pain. Now I am still looking to repair my front tooth but now my anxiety is worse now with the dental doctor than before. Thank you have a good day. DON'T GO THERE! I was seen for an emergency. The dentist was rushed and never fixed the issue. Poor communication. Poor pain management. The dentist smelled so bad. My teenage sons gym bag smells better. I cancelled my next appointment. Called St. Elizabeth dental clinic who got me in same day for the same emergency express dental didn't fix. I went today to get 4 fillings. at Dental Express... The staff is awesome.. Hardly waited in waiting room. The dental hygienist (Bobette) is extremely gentle and very pleasant. The girl who did my filling made me feel right at ease. very friendly.. always asking if I was ok and overall was very professional. Dr Hanna was very nice. My one filling was my front tooth and my tooth actually looks better than it did when I came in there.. I cant thank them enough. Horrible!!!! some of the worst treatment I have received from a medical professional. I suggested that I not get the X-rays and just get a cleaning as they made me wait an hour for my appointment and I needed to get to work. The doctor was rude and demeaning and told me if I didn't do what he says then he would refuse to get me a cleaning. So I opted to get the X-rays. They said they would only do 6 and then they did about 20. So then I asked how long the appointment would take. they said 30 mins. It was close to an hour and 30 mins and the hygienist told me to come back as she was too busy for me since I had to go to work. This was for a simple cleaning. I was there waiting for over an hour. The absolute worst dental experience of my life!!! I have had some odd situations when i had teeth pulled but never like this. So i cracked a tooth in half eating chips at work, it already had fillings so it wasnt painful but annoying. My old dentist retired so i call around they take my insurance, great. First appt quick xray, dr steps in the room says it needs pulled, ok lets set it for another date. A week later go back, i get placed in a room thats like a hallway, people walking thru, 3 doors no curtains, no nothing. Ok im still cool, then the Novacain comes, 2 quick shots and let sit, all very routine. But i knew that there wasnt enough because I COULD STILL FEEL MY TEETH!! As i said i am no stranger to dental work. So dr comes in and starts wrenching around in there and I tell him it hurts, HE ROLLED HIS EYES AT ME!! Then wayyyyy over loads me with novacain. Oh i forgot to mention the over head light also didnt work, imagine a dental appt with no light in ur face!! Then he goes back in at my tooth literally the assistant was telling him what to do, because he clearly had no idea, then as my tooth finally gives way he smashes his tool into my front teeth, drops the tool and tooth on the tray and leaves. No check to make sure its all gone, no finger or mirror to check his work, he simply disappeared. I will never go back and never recommend anyone i love, hate or otherwise to go to this hack!! DO NOT GO HERE! Went because I have a lot of dental work that needs done and I stessed that to them. First visit I went they were all brief with me and not friendly at all. The dentist barely looked at my teeth n then advised me that 3 teeth needed extracted before we can start our process of me being able to smile again. The dentist was rude and straight to the point n left. There are long wait times as well. When I returned for my extraction tge dentist was very rough with me and often busted the roof of my mouth with his instrument. Then makin the not numb part of mouth hurt. Ive had an extraction before elsewhere and barely knew basically that he was done he was that good(sadly he retired). This dentist is rude and so is his assistant. They argued and were very unprofessional. She was then nice to me when he left and gave me great tips and it seemed as if she knew the dentist was in the wrpng because she kept advising him not to use certain instruments. Even though he did anyways. So was still upset at this point but figure maybe its normal(learned that its not). I came back a 3rd time for my post checkup, for them to fix the tooth they messed up because its sharp now n cutting my mouth n tongue, and so I thought this was goin to be when we were going to set up a plan for my smile they said they can give me back. I mean two of the teeth taken are in the front of my mount. But no they took xrays then the dentist came in for 2min and advised me that the tooth i complained about needs to be avoided so that it dont fall out(its in the FRONT OF MY MOUTH). So he can't mess with it at the moment. Then told me the hygienists will be in. I got my teeth cleaned and got told my next appointment would be in 6 months FOR A CLEANING!!! NEVER WILL I RETURN!
