They said that the insurance we had used just days before was not covering my kid. So i called the insurance company and they said that they had to have input the wrong numbers as your child is covered 100% and you should have no payment whatsoever. when i called the office back they refused to re run the numbers. said that because it's an older claim they don't see the point and wanted me to just pay for the appt. what the hell kind of office is that??? FOR YEARS we went there with no problems! then all of a sudden this happens? oh not to mention the fact that every denture specialist i've seen since they removed all my teeth (which they said was the BEST way to handle my problems.....but now i'm wondering if true), have told me that my gums should NOT be so uneven. they should be evened out. and not all raggedy rag tagged messed up like they are. there's little bone spurs still hurting me as well. So they did a horrible job on my teeth as well as refused to re run my kids numbers so my bill can be paid. they won't even see my 21yr old daughter because of my 15yr olds bill???? it has nothing to do with her! So ya i don't recommend going there anymore. in fact i hope people that go there now stop going there.
