I have seen Dr. Morvay for about 2 years now and each time was worse and worse and my last time was my absolute last time I will ever go there. He is UNPROFESSIONAL, degrades and makes his hygienists feel uncomfortable the entire time they're with him and I personally have never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Someone needs to go in and remove this mans ability to control anything. He is irrational and everyone seems scared of him like they have to tip toe around him all day. The way I felt and the other girls in the office felt Was unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO HIM. This was the nicest way I could put it.

We have only been coming here for about two years. I actually use to bowl with him many years ago so I decided to become a patient of his along with my children. He and his staff are very friendly and professional but also provide a laid back atmosphere. I think this is important considering that most hate going to the Dentist. Most recently, my 8-year old had to get braces on his top teeth. He was a nervous wreck but again he and his staff calmed his fears and the experience was a good one for my little one. They are very gentle with the kids so much so that they looked forward to going for their cleanings. This is HUGE as we don't have to "pull teeth" to get them to go to the dentist. Im a funny guy ain't ?! Luckily, I have decent dental coverage but I must say that the fifth star eludes them because the pricing on their services are a little higher than others. Other than this, I highly recommend Dr. Ragozine.

As a nurse, this is high on my list of pet peeves. The first encounter was rushed and painful and the rooms are so small it is impossible to maneuver which is perhaps why it was so uncomfortable. The second and final visit was an exam that included X-rays for my 6 year old daughter. I was not allowed to accompany her for the films, fine. The dental assistant told us it would be fast, she's just going to snap a few pics. 10 minutes later, they walk out and her entire exam has been completed. I was so angry!! What kind of professional doctor ever examines underage kids without parents being present, especially knowing she was nervous?? Never looked back.

Went there for years, my 3 kids also and i referred all my family and friends and i regret it all…read more One time they called me to tell me that my kids insurance wasn't valid. They said that the insurance we had used just days before was not covering my kid. So i called the insurance company and they said that they had to have input the wrong numbers as your child is covered 100% and you should have no payment whatsoever. when i called the office back they refused to re run the numbers. said that because it's an older claim they don't see the point and wanted me to just pay for the appt. what the hell kind of office is that??? FOR YEARS we went there with no problems! then all of a sudden this happens? oh not to mention the fact that every denture specialist i've seen since they removed all my teeth (which they said was the BEST way to handle my problems.....but now i'm wondering if true), have told me that my gums should NOT be so uneven. they should be evened out. and not all raggedy rag tagged messed up like they are. there's little bone spurs still hurting me as well. So they did a horrible job on my teeth as well as refused to re run my kids numbers so my bill can be paid. they won't even see my 21yr old daughter because of my 15yr olds bill???? it has nothing to do with her! So ya i don't recommend going there anymore. in fact i hope people that go there now stop going there.

Robin, the receptionist was extremely helpful with our questions for a dental issue needing done…read moresooner than later. My son is on a busy tight schedule with certain dental plan restrictions to work with. Robin went above and beyond to try to accommodate his situation. She even tried to work it out that he could get his x-rays started the same day we called, to get his teeth fixed faster. She was so courteous and understanding, that we like this place before even meeting them in person. We tried others that were closer, and they dismissed us within minutes even when we offered to pay with a credit card, or cash, if the dental plan wouldn't work! It says a lot when the person on the entrance desk is that willing to work with a new client and their personal situation. On that I will give the Burton Dental Care Office a 4. It would be a 5 but we haven't actually even been there yet. It will be soon, thanks to Robin.
