had a bad cavity on Sunday so I couldn't find anyone but had called them and they got me in as early as they could Monday, their service was quick and the dentist along with his staff were very kind! there was no pain and he had me in and out in about 30 minutes. really a wonderful dentistry and would 10/10 recommend read more

Haven't we all dreaded the dentist? I no longer do, thanks to Dr. Hartle! Before visiting him, I had a painful filling. Up to that point, dental visits were dreaded. Ryan (Dr. Hartle) is now the exception. Going to his practice was a relief! Every person there treated me respectfully. Really, it was more than I expected. I first came to Dr. Hartle after having a painful procedure from another dentist, who then advised me to get a crown from him. I was referred to Dr. Hartle through a friend, and Dr. Hartle not only informed me the crown was unnecessary at this point, but also took care of a filling quickly and painlessly. Dr. Hartle is just is incredibly friendly, more so than any dentist I have had. His assistant Barb was sweet enough I might have mistaken her for my mom; I'd send anyone I knew to him! read more

This was my first-time visiting Mong Dental. I changed insurance companies, and my previous Dentist…read moredid not honor my new insurance. The main reason for my visit is I had the misfortune of one of my crowns coming unglued and was broken in three pieces. That was an expensive steak I ended up with! I called to make an appointment and the receptionist told me they were backed up for like 6 months! I didn't realize there are only two dentists' offices still practicing in Greenville so they are very busy now. I asked if she could please speak to the dentist and see if there was anything she could do and the receptionist called me back and said she would get me in later that same week. I went in for the appointment and Dr. Jamie was wonderful. Great personality and really cared about my situation. They used this new to me tool that took a three-D image of my missing crown and the new one came in 3 weeks. I went in and had the new crown installed by Dr. Jamie again she was wonderful and with some minor adjustments had the new crown fitting like a glove. They also worked with my insurance that really didn't cover my crown and saved me a lot of money. This was the best experience I have ever had with a new dentist, and they have me as a lifelong client now. Thank You Dr. Jamie and Mong Family Dental!

I would of given him zero stars if I could have. I was recommended to this oral surgeon by my new…read moredentist and would not recommend him to my worst enemy. This was my first visit with John A. Hlaudy so I thought it would be a consultation for an extraction. I was wrong he looked at my tooth for a second and at the xray for less and said he could remove it that day. I asked him if I would be sedated or what and he said no just novacaine. When I told him I had past bad experiences he said well it's up to you if I don't pull it out today that is just one less tooth I have to pull. So I had a split second to make a decision and I made the wrong one. He gave me 2 shots of novacaine without numbing the gum or the roof of my mouth first and both shots were kind of painful. I guess my old dentist spoiled me as he put numbing solution on a q-tip and numbed where he would be putting the needle in. This dentist's bedside manner was horrible with me. I not only felt like a wimp but that I was bothering him and wasting his time. I would never go back to him and I will mention his behavior when I go to see my dentist. Also the dentist said I might not be able to get an implant as it is near my sinuses but when I mentioned it to John A. Hlaudy you could almost see the dollar signs in his eyes.
