2nd visit here. I have enjoyed both visits. Food is good and the staff are friendly. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back.

Three of us ordered their Yahtzee burger (delicious) and before you pay you get three chances to roll a Yahtzee (I came within 1!). If you do your burger is free. Their Philly cheese steak was good. Make sure to get the truffle aioli. The decor downstairs is very cool. Good service, plenty of parking. Would recommend.

I got an aloha pizza, I think that the chicken could have been "factory prepared chicken chunks", but it didn't matter because all the topping together made for a perfect harmony of flavors. My only thought was what if it had a sprinkle of cinnamon. Richelle got the pepperoni rolls, or you might as well call them Stromboli. The garlic butter is a good choice, creamy, and not salty. Richelle also got onion rings, which were good too but the ranch siracha is kicking it. The beer selection when we were there was wonderful for a hot July day, I got a Maumee Bay MacQueens cider and Richelle got a Oncore blueberry wet sprocket. Local beer, yum. Our server Alexis was very helpful, helping with beer selections, and dinner choices.

This old school Greek Diner in Defiance is a worthwhile stop for a very good meal. Located in an…read moreeast side commercial area in a standalone building on the corner of a strip plaza, it's not difficult to find. The exterior looks nice enough and the spacious interior is comfortable and pleasant though not elaborate. We were seated right away and our server attended to us quickly. She did a very good job during our entire visit as she was efficient and attentive but not intrusive. We had our 3-year-old granddaughter with us and they were able to accommodate her with no problem, which was greatly appreciated. The menu offered plenty of options. They seemed at the core to be a Greek Diner with several characteristic offerings you'd expect from such a place. But they also featured plenty of American Midwest-style comfort food as well. My wife tried the Beef and Noodles special that took us back to the type of thing we ate as kids. She ordered that in part because it was something our granddaughter would eat, but she also enjoyed it as well given her proclivities toward such dishes. I opted for the Greek portion of their menu with a Famous Gyro Salad. It was also a very solid choice with good Gyro meat and fresh vegetables accompanied by equally fresh pita. It was all very good. I'll also note that the coffee was decent, which I can't always say for these types of diners. The prices were very reasonable. Overall with food, drinks, tax and tip, we were able to stay at about $14 - $15 per adult. This is not bad at all for dinner by today's standards and I was quite happy with the value. We would not hesitate to try this place again should the opportunity arise.

Whether you're stopping in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late-night munchies, the full-service menu genuinely has something for everyone, from classic omelets to more adventurous options like pork brain. The ambience is part of the charm--it still has that same old flair, giving the space a nostalgic, welcoming feel that reflects its long history without feeling dated. I especially loved the little touches, like the coat and purse holders on the wall--if you blink, you might miss them (they were hidden under garland, lol). I had the Sizzling Boys Steak Hoagie with light onions and mushrooms, plus a side of Cheddar Cheese Curds--all excellent. Halfway through my meal, I couldn't resist stealing my partner's bacon and adding it to my hoagie... OMG, it took the flavor to the next level. Highly recommend that upgrade. Jake went with two French toasts, eggs, bacon, and waffle fries (subbed for home fries) and was just as impressed. The food was delicious across the board, and our waiter--whose name I unfortunately don't remember--was amazing and incredibly attentive. Great service, great food, and a timeless atmosphere--Kissner's absolutely lives up to its reputation.

Passing through. Absolutely best food decision make. Just go and enjoy. beautiful Main Streetread more

The girl up in the window to get the card and now she was doing that two women were arguing on the inside stating that thank God there's no camera watching them at the moment because they were arguing loud enough that we could hear it in the car at the drive-through. Then the girl shut the window. It was discussing how there was a mixup with some orders or something with another manager, talking back-and-forth loudly where we could hear that even with the window shut. She hand us the bag with the hot chili in it that literally tears and falls apart on my husband's lap. Luckily he did not get burnt. The girl at the window was nice enough to offer a couple extra bags and a spoon and gave me back my card. For $28 I got a very lukewarm if that Dave single the cheese was not even melted it was that cold. My husband got a double bacon and it was not warm. The french fries were hot and then we got no straws in our bag for pop. I've only been through Wendy's once when I've gotten a good hot sandwich, every other time nothing. I would probably skip this restaurant maybe suggest a Culver's be put into town.
