Ordered baked ziti and chicken alfredo pasta for delivery was very tasteless and gross and the second time I thought I would try their pizza since it's a block a way so I order a pepperoni pizza for pick up and it was undercooked and soggy way too much sauce !!! Ordered a pizza from here at 8:30pm. Delivery was suppose to take an hour according to the email I received from the restaurant. 10pm rolls around and still no delivery. I tried calling and the store had a voicemail that said they now have new hours and close at 8:30pm. I checked my bank account and the money was withdrawn from my account. No pizza. But they took the money for the pizza. I would call first before trying to place an online order because apparently it's too difficult for them to update their online ordering website. Will never waste another hour on this place. I'll be calling the manager tomorrow about a refund for the pizza I never got and about updating their online ordering. read more

Absolute worst pizza I have ever had in my life i ordered barbecue chicken pizza and it literally looked like they took a cheese pizza that was already cooked threw barbecue chicken on it threw cheese on it and called it a day the cheese wasn't even fully melted the chicken tasted like rubber and there was literally no seating one table inside and one outside whatever you do avoid this place at all costs unless you like terrible overpriced pizza 9.95 for a small pizza complete rip off especially considering the quality of the pizza you couldn't pay me to come back here. read more

This place was another complete accident on how it was discovered by a The South In Your Mouth duo. Dodging traffic from a local art festival using a GPS system on my cell phone I managed to take a small detour and land back onto the A1A. A famished body can usually spot food from a mile away but this only took half a block AND there was parking! The place itself seemed a little cheesy. It was in a beat-up and dirty shopping center. You could tell that the kitchen was crammed full of stainless steel appliances from god knows when and racks of ingredients to the ceiling. Neither of those things really bothered me. I know from experience that if the joint is advertising new york style pizza in southern Florida there is a great chance it's the real deal. Feel as if most of the southern tip of the state should be renamed Brooklyn Jr. Empanadas were also an option which made me very excited from the beginning. The cheese and corn empanada honestly was not good. The baked bbq chicken empanada was very tasty but I really wish I would have had some Valentina to spice it up. The slices were huge and the toppings were bountiful. The cheese slice was delicious and were most of the toppings. The only item in question was the salami. I felt it could have came out of a can or maybe was even a slice of bologna covered in spray paint. I requested a whole wheat crust and they did not disappoint. My pepper and onions pizza was delicious. The place is small, so I recommend it mainly for take out orders. They have good pizza. Just ordered delivery from here the other night. We ordered a large pizza and Stromboli, both of which were great! The only complaint I have is that the pizza God about saggy at the end because it wasn't freshly out of the oven. Been coming to this pizza place for years and years. I'm definitely a regular here. It's a small family owned and run place. The pizza is dang good. Best in the Surfside/Bal Harbour area. Also, reasonably priced for such good quality. The pizza sauce yes, is a bit sweet, but I've gotten used to it. Garlic rolls are also the bomb. Chicken wings with the spicy sauce are pretty good too. My family has ordered some other things like sandwiches, dessert and such, and they weren't the best. But as long as we stick to pizza, we're always pleased. Do not EVER order from this restaurant! We ordered food on our lunch break. Ordered at 12:20, estimated delivery time was 12:57. At 1:30 I called asking where the order was. They said "oh we didn't see it do you still want it" and said it would be 15 minutes. 30 minutes later we finally get our food. It ended up taking almost 2 HOURS. Mind you this restaurant is 0.4 miles away from where we ordered. Average food, terrible customer service. Avoid this place like the plague. They didn't even apologize or offer a refund. Our lunch break was long gone by the time we got our food and we had to get straight into meetings. So our food was ice cold by the time we finally got to eat it. After a red eye flight to Miami, we were starving and searched places around us for food. This place came up on google and we thought we would give it a try. The service was prompt and the workers were kind. The restaurant is a small with little seating, but we think most people just use it as a takeout option. The pizza was... eh... it wasn't by any means horrible. But the cheese was very rubbery giving the pizza a sort of hard texture. The taste of everything was good, but the rubbery texture just wasn't doing it for me. Maybe we just got a bad pizza, i dunno. I wanted to like this place because I'm a pizza fan, but it was a bit of a disappointment. Maybe you'll have a better experience. The sandwiches might be a better option to try. read more

What is the point of ordering a BLT sandwich 15 minutes ahead ,( although they say it'll be ready in 10) but when you take half an hour to get there and it's still not ready? Dined in with my 2 young daughters. The place is definitely geared more towards takeout but we were fine sitting at the table inside (tables available outside too). The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. We interacted with 4 different employees while there and they all were just as nice. I have never had a problems with the food or service until today. I ordered a Chicken salad wrap with ceaser dressing on the side and what I received was a sliver of chicken, with a bad tomato, more brown lettuce than green, and something that might have been watered down mustard. When I called to advise how disappointed I was I was given an attitude told that there policy only allows them to replace with the same item. Which after seeing and tasting this gross concoction I did not want. Nor did I have the time to deal with the rude young lady on the other line as I had clients to attend to. Extremely disappointed with the food and service I advised that I would be writing a bad review. Which is not something I would normally do. While busy working on a client someone from this establishment came to see me. I asked for him to give me a minute while I finished a Client. He walked out. When I was done with my day I politely called them back. Only to find myself back on the phone with the same RUDE young lady who told me that it was too late now but that the guy had come to give me a full refund on my purchase and for me to have a nice day then she hung up on me. I don't know about you but I find the way I was treated just as gross as the food I was served. Your better off going to Publix the wrap is $3 cheaper and fresh. Never again. The best ever, and I grew up with high standards for pizza. All their toppings are fresh, not canned like most places. For some reason, they can deliver it 30 blocks away and still stays so crisp you can hear it when you bite the crust.
