I was assured the vehicle was Completely gone throughout and mechanical Good . I get there after a 4 hour drive to find the truck leaking oil and covered underneath. They say sorry and brought it in the shop. I showed their mechanic and he agreed pan and seals $4-5k repair. I told them I was not happy about being lied to and was assured the truck was an accident and slipped through. I leave and not even 40 min later after leaving that truck was back out front for sale just Completely cleaned off underneath. I go back and called them out and asked why it was for sale after knowing its going to need $4-5k in repairs needed. I Get told to make it right they will take $500 of for me and then I should buy the truck and wait 30 days or so and make a warranty claim (mind you the warranty is $5k) mind you its a pre existing issue not new. Which you can get in trouble for fraud by doing so. But they will walk you through it as they tried to do for me. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY BS. I got the audio recording of the event which will be made public soon and sending to attorney General and to the extended Warranty company about the fraud they are committing.

She sent me the Carfax right away by email! I don't know what other reviewers were talking about no pre-inspection allowed. Jeannie was more than happy to accommodate me in allowing me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic before I ever signed a thing! Most dealers will not let you do this. After I got the "ok" from my mechanic, I let Jeannie know the A/C wasn't working, she would not let me take delivery until it was fixed. I was impressed, this is not your typical lot. When I arrived the next morning, all my paperwork was ready and I was explained everything while Jeannie signed me out. I got the one year unlimited mile, power train warranty and great financing that fit my budget exactly. I told her where my payments needed to be with the money I has to put down and she got it for me. Very impressed- this is a great place to get a used vehicle without the stress of worrying if you are getting scammed or not. Quattro Motors in Farmington on Grand River is the real deal! However, my experience with US 24 Auto Sales (and Service) has been a textbook case of predatory sales tactics and a dangerous disregard for Michigan vehicle safety laws. The vehicle was advertised and stickered on the lot for $11,995. During the high-pressure closing process, the base price was "packed" with a silent $1,000 markup plus thousands in undisclosed commissions. I have the original window sticker and final contract to prove this discrepancy. I purchased this 2021 Colorado with the understanding that a non-functional windshield washer pump and a nail in the tire would be addressed. After leaving the vehicle in their custody for 24 hours, the "repairs" were a joke. Instead of replacing the compromised tire, they performed a cheap patch and, in the process, broke the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensor. To make matters worse, when I finally picked up the truck, the interior was a dirty mess, with visible grime and dirt smeared all over the seats. This total lack of respect for a customer's property is unacceptable. Shortly after delivery of the truck, I discovered a much more severe hazard: a completely non-functional right turn signal. When I returned to address the broken sensor and the signal, the salesman, Ali, became incredibly aggressive. He spent the entire interaction talking over me, gaslighting me about the truck's condition, and blatantly lying about the resolution. He gave his "word of honor" and promised an email confirmation of the repair agreement--an email that never arrived. They refused to provide a written service invoice for any work--a direct violation of MCL 257.1334. Which almost certainly means they knew about the condition of the truck and sold an unsafe vehicle anyway. Releasing a vehicle with a non-functional safety signal is a violation of MCL 257.683. Most disturbingly, while the vehicle was in their service bay, my physical copy of the 12-month service contract (warranty) was removed from my center console. This was a clear attempt to prevent me from seeking independent repairs or seeing the true line-item cost of the policy. I was forced to bypass the dealership entirely and coordinate with my lender, Credit Acceptance, to recover my own policy information. Because of this dealership's refusal to act with integrity, I am now forced to have a reputable, independent third party shop correct safety defects and damaged sensors that should have been handled before the sale and run a full diagnostic for any other potential issues that they hid and/lied about. I have filed formal complaints with the Michigan Secretary of State (SOS) and the Attorney General as well as with the bank which it's financed through. To any potential buyers: Watch your six. Ali and the management team picked the wrong target this time and I will do everything within my power to protect future hard working customers from being duped by these classic snake oil salesmen. Avoid this lot at all costs. Accountability is not optional and in today's trying times every penny counts. Do not become a victim like I me.

Rashard had it towed one of their shops and they gave my son the car back saying it was fixed only for it to do the same thing. My son had it taken to another shop which they could not fix because they did not have the parts which are very hard to find for this type of vehicle. Rashard had it towed back in January of 2022 to one of their shops for it to sit there because the mechanics are out because of covid. They play a mean game it will be a year in April that my son had this car and have only been able to drive it 5 times and still have to pay a car note on it. He paid over $6.000 and put $2,000 down. It's very sad that this dealership has no integrity they dont return your phone calls. I even went in to their place of business and still have not received a phone call back. I did everything possible for my son who served our Country in the United States Marines out here trying to make an honest living. He needs a vehicle to get to work!. I do not recommend this place its like walking into their place of business and putting your hard earned money into someone's hands and walking out with absolutely NOTHING. They are SHYSTERS and I will add more to it before I take it back. They will say as they do to many customers it's been a year like you have not been trying to get in touch with them again its a mean game that they play.

(My salesperson was Rashad) TWO weeks after I bought it my engine light came on. So I took it back to them and told them I don't want that car anymore cause ain't no way my engine light should be coming on. Rashad told me that it was because I put 89 gas in it twice. (Mind you on the gas cap it says I can use 89) so I waited a while a couple weeks later I go back cause ITS STILL ON they told me to take my car to their mechanic to see what's the problem. They said I needed a tune up and they flushed my gas tank (blah, blah, blah) and said my light wouldn't come on anymore. Soon as they were done I turned my car on and the light CAME RIGHT BACK ON. Then they said it takes a while so I waited.. month later my light is STILL on. Took it back to them and they had my car for 2 hours doing nothing but blaming me as to why my engine light coming on (still saying it was my fault cause of the gas) so I told them I'll take it to the bmw dealership and to put my engine back together. Took it up there right away and they told me that it's impossible for my engine light to come on cause I put 89 in there! But I knew that already. They told me they wanna run a test to tell me if I have a bad engine. Here it is 2 weeks later and they're telling me that my motor is going out which is gonna cost me $4-6 THOUSAND. When I just spent $15k on this damn truck. I'm PISSED. Oh and my paperwork said I had 22k miles LESS than what I drove it off the lot. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DAMN PLACE. I'll be posting this on all of their business accounts!

I drove the car for a week and my engine light came on, now yes i was extremely scared because I'm like oh heck naw, this Car can go back now. Well i went back to Carite talked with Floyd about getting my car fixed that would cost $850. I instantly told them i need a loaner because my child is in school. Long story short, my experience was wonderful, i definitely loved that Floyd helped me quickly with getting my car fixed and giving me a loaner. Hyder was a pleasure experience working with him as well. I'll definitely be back after my lease is over.

Upon purchasing my Cadillac XT5 (2019) with 12,450 mileage (which has a warranty), I was assured that if any issues arose within the first two weeks of purchase, give him a call. I attempted to contact him via text and numerous calls three days after the purchase regarding the incredibly LOUD squeaking / squealing breaks (which I have since researched to be a known customer complaint for the Cadillac XT5's models) . After a week and a half of eluded calls Venson Bryant finally agreed to send me to the auto repair in which their Carite (Redford) uses Redford Auto Repair on 7 mile / Beech. Should of rung bells...but I went twice, and surprisingly (not) they couldn't hear any HARSH squeaking, as they test drove it, although I did very clearly standing some 20 feet away. The conversation from Venson was very rude and unprofessional in which he yelled and then proceeded to hang up on me. Nonetheless, they refused in making the repair to rectify the HORRIBY LOUD SQUEAKING breaks. I also inquired about the last oil change, since a sticker was not visible on the windshield, to which he replied he wasn't sure. Yet, less than a month later, the oil light is on. However, I will be making a formal complaint with the Better Buisness Bureau regarding improper car care / preventative maintenance prior to sale, disregard and unprofessionalism concerning customer car service needs. - Mistreated School Teacher
