Thankfully, I already had a reservation and was able to get the vehicle I requested without any issues. The check-in process was quick and easy, and returning the vehicle was just as seamless. I appreciated not having to deal with any unnecessary delays or complications on either end of the rental. Overall, everything went smoothly from pickup to return. Even though I had to travel back to the airport from downtown Detroit to get the car, the straightforward process made it a positive rental experience.

Walking into the office, the gentleman who was taking care of someone else let us all know what line to go to. He announced it loud and clear, which is great for older folks like me too. He was also very fast and knowledgeable getting my paperwork filled out and I was outside talking to another very fast and professional gentleman who let me pick the car I wanted. I was thrilled to get a Camry as I have two at home and know how to use their features while driving. The car was great, clean and easy to drive. Thanks to the express check-in, my time at the counter was extremely brief. Once the paperwork was finalized, I was able to simply walk out to the lot and choose any car I liked, with the keys already inside and ready to go.
