A reservation should guarantee a vehicle, not false hope. The lack of communication, poor planning, and complete disregard for customers' time and travel plans is unacceptable. I will never use this location again and would strongly recommend anyone needing reliable transportation to book elsewhere. This was one of the most frustrating rental car experiences I've ever had.

My car insurance arranged a rental through this location. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helped me get a really nice rental for the week. They were also kind enough to pick me up when I needed it. Minus a star for the gas tank not being completely full when they told me it was (there's no way I drove 4 gallons worth of gas going to and from work in Ann Arbor over only 3 days) and for it not being freshly washed. His Father Don, a true gentleman, did not pass down to his son any class at all. He was Saddam in A2. Customers were treated as cattle to be fleeced and slaughtered. Repaired. The same exact problem repeated itself 3 additional times. They claimed the original starting problem was unrelated so as to avoid liability under the lemon law. They refused to buy the vehicle back because it was defective but refused to find the defect that kept causing the (horrifying) breakdowns, claiming that the car was running at that moment. I had to sue Chrysler to get a pathetic settlement and then dumped the car at a $15,000 loss. At one point, Naylor even told me that they have nothing to do with Chrylser--they're an independent dealer. A dealer that doesn't stand behind the cars it sells.
