Customer Service is still alive! I was getting a "Replace battery" message when I started my car. I called Sesi & found out it was my key fob battery. As far as the sales department is concerned they are fantastic. However when you buy a car you need maintenance and warranty items done. I have been stranded twice. The first time I was angry but they made things right after waiting until 7 pm for them to pick me up from work to pick up my car. The next time I took my car in they didn't fix the items I asked them to fix under warranty. They did a patch job and I still have the problem. Yesterday I was stranded in a store parking lot. My car wouldn't start because the battery terminal connector was so corroded that it disintegrated. I have taken my car in for multipoint and complete inspections and have even completed maintenance items before they are required. So the battery issue should not have happened. They couldn't even take the time to change a battery and the connector for me today. And offered no alternatives. I am left without a car again. I have been a customer since 2006 and have purchased several new cars with them and I have to say, I am very disappointed because I like the sales team and owners. But I need my vehicle to work and be able to depend on the business that is servicing my car. Shame on them. read more

I participated in the Lincoln Date Night Program. The program give you a 24-lender MKC or MKZ and a $100 gift card to go to dinner. I choose the MKC Luxury Utility vehicle, and we had dinner at Logan in downtown Ann Arbor. It is an amazing vehicle. Dwayne was my sales guy. He was welcoming, fast and efficient. I left my vehicle with them, while testing the MKC and it was returned washed and vacuumed. We are definitely considering the MKC for our next vehicle purchase and hope to work with Dwayne in the future. read more

Four years ago we moved back to Michigan from VA. I owned a 1997 Volvo 850 GLT Sedan. Needed service/repairs. When on the East Coast Volvo dealers were a dime a dozen. In South Eastern Michigan they are few and far between. Initially I dealt with Suburban Volvo in Troy a few times and then one day they quoted me $500 on a repair and after all was said and done they jacked it up to $1100. So I went looking online and found Swedish Motors in Ann Arbor. They claimed on their website they were the best in the area for Volvos so I show up at their doorstep to get quoted for a tuneup. I was told $1200. After I thanked them for their time I am driving home and I see Sesi Lincoln Volvo on Jackson Road. So I stopped in. I figured at this point it don't hurt to shop a bit. I met with their service guy Chris Moroni and he quoted me $126 for the tuneup. I was hooked. I got my car tuned up here ever since I have been a repeat customer and have been well taken care of. Just because my Volvo is 16 years old they did not try and charge me outrageous prices befitting a brand new 2014 Volvo. So far they have installed a new timing belt here, transmission repair here, tuneup here, ac repair here, and today 4 years later I am back again to set up yet another appointment for a complete tuneup that will be done in two weeks time. I trust Sesi Volvo's Service dept with my pride and joy, my 1997 Volvo 850GLT and as long as I stay in MI and have that car, she will be fixed here and here only! I've got a 2011 MKX and I've brought it to Sesi several times- for oil changes, navigation update, wheel alignment, etc. Every time, the service here gets better and better. The staff here are very professional and knowledgeable. If you're getting repair/work done on your car and you choose to wait in their contemporary and comfortable waiting room (TV, coffee, refreshments, comfy leather chairs, lots of good magazines, flat screen TV), they will find you and take you back to your car to show you exactly what is wrong and why work needs to be done. For a gal who knows very little about car, someone knowledgeable showing me and talking me through the issues is extremely helpful. On occasions where your car can take a while (i.e. navigation and SYNC update), they'll arrange Enterprise to come pick you up and get you a free rental car (part of Lincoln's warranty program I think, but the service and the close proximity of enterprise is nice). Great place, great people, great service. read more

Was in town from Chicago and had some car trouble. Sesi came to my hotel, which was downtown Ann Arbor during the Art Fair (crazy busy and crowded downtown), picked up my car, fixed it and returned it to the valet at my hotel. This was great because my wife and I were able to continue and enjoy being in A2, hassle free! read more

I never had a problem with my car until I went to the sesi dealership... Now every few months something is wrong with my car ! Every fix done by this dealership seems to be short lived. Not to mention Sesi bullied me into deleting my previous feedback about my disappointment with their service and now here we go again!!! These issues are putting my life at risk! New to the Ann Arbor area, I scheduled a routine maintenance service for my wife's 2019 Nautilus. I used Sesi Lincoln's online scheduling tool to set up the appointment. While navigating the online screens, one of the required data points requested by Sesi was my transportation needs on the day of the appointment. "Loaner" was one of the options (with NO noted restrictions) and so I selected it. I commonly do this with my Mercedes while it is in for servicing and have never had a problem with any Mercedes dealership I have worked with. On the day of the service appointment, (after I have driven all the way to the dealership), only then they decide to tell me that "Loaners" are only available for automobiles still under warranty. Well thanks for letting me know now! How about letting me know before making the trip all the way to the dealership. And why doesn't the online scheduling tool indicate this? Probably not on purpose to get you to make the trip to the dealership. Unethical if you ask me. The one positive in this terrible experience; I can cross Sesi off of my list of dealerships I will use to purchase the planned 3 new Lincolns I will be making over the next 12 months (for my wife, daughter and granddaughter). Another Lincoln dealer in the greater Detroit area will surely be thanking Sesi for their anti-customer service attitude. read more

First time getting my MKZ services. Great staff, professional, pleasant, and took time to show my features on my car (not where car was purchased). It came out washed, and serviced under an hour! The waiting room was nicely furnished and very comfortable, with beverages of choice available, and even a nice little table for small children. I have been a customer for many years, and the reason why I keep on going back to lease my Mazda is the excellent customer service. You go there, choose your car with the help of a very knowledgeable sales person, they are all great by the way, and then they do the rest. There are no phone calls to make to your insurance, they do it! It is a great experience. The service department is also great, they are the best at cleaning my messy car, and they always fix any little problem I might encounter. They are very cordial and professional. Should I mention the great coffee they have in the waiting area? When I service my car I have room to relax, read or work on my computer, all in a very nice environment with a great cup of coffee in my hands! read more

Would not suggest anyone wasting their time to call here, I was told that they would hold a vehicle for me to look at till I can get there. I stayed in constant contact with the salesman only to have him not call me back or email me, then when I finally got ahold of him to meet me half way to look at this vehicle he told me he would call me the following day to let me know what he found out and set up a meet time. Big surprise no call, I called the dealership only the find out the vehicle that I was supposed to look at had been sold for a week already and was not even there anymore! So what was he going to bring me to look at? Never heard from them again, thanks for the waste of time and aggravation. read more
