My friend got her car at Twins was very satisfied with her car and the owner did what the salesman could not with insurance for the car. I am glad that salesman is no longer there Mr. "Russ" was a joke their organization is much better off without this sales person using religion all the time, was very unprofessional. The Twin owner went over and beyond to save my car sale. always go to the owner not the menuion. read more

!!!!!CAUTION!!!!!! I drove 4hrs one way for the price to jump on me from what they agreed to severalthousand, but thats not even my chief complaint. I was assured the vehicle was Completely gone throughout and mechanical Good . I get there after a 4 hour drive to find the truck leaking oil and covered underneath. They say sorry and brought it in the shop. I showed their mechanic and he agreed pan and seals $4-5k repair. I told them I was not happy about being lied to and was assured the truck was an accident and slipped through. I leave and not even 40 min later after leaving that truck was back out front for sale just Completely cleaned off underneath. I go back and called them out and asked why it was for sale after knowing its going to need $4-5k in repairs needed. I Get told to make it right they will take $500 of for me and then I should buy the truck and wait 30 days or so and make a warranty claim (mind you the warranty is $5k) mind you its a pre existing issue not new. Which you can get in trouble for fraud by doing so. But they will walk you through it as they tried to do for me. THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY BS. I got the audio recording of the event which will be made public soon and sending to attorney General and to the extended Warranty company about the fraud they are committing. read more

Seriously bad experience, purchased a vehicle, transmission died within a couple months and was covered under warranty. A month later and the engine died and they won't cover it because the car ran out of oil... except we had regular oil changes and an oil change receipt just 6 days before. They never contact you and they give zero visibility to where they are at. They are tremendously unhelpful and unsympathetic to any situation. This was a junk car purchased. Also was a huge red flag when I purchased the vehicle and the inside mirrors were shattered and they said they would order new ones... 7 months later don't even have mirrors. I would avoid this place. Who knows what you are getting and once you leave the lot you are SOL even if you get a warranty. Editing to add this company has done nothing to help they held the vehicle for over 30 days saying they were working with the banks. Daily we reached out with no response. Finally we decided to get the vehicle towed back and give up on twin. They returned the vehicle with a bunch of parts from the engine tossed in the trunk. We never agreed to any work. Why is everything just ripped out? This place is trash. The company has no integrity, and provides terrible service, Trying to contact lawyers and news outlets now. The comments about looking into this from the owner on google, also a joke. No you did not lol. read more

I was texting and sending email about the remaining $225. He said tomorrow, then later today then tomorrow again. I told him I'll left a low review on CD and he said that he has another 10 other companies and he would do the same from each one as a retaliation. I have the screenshot from the text as a proof. Sold a fraudulent title on a 2016 GMC pickup. As if that isn't bad enough, then wouldn't send the title to the lienholder the loan was taken out with. The dealership wouldn't work with us on the vehicle even after we showed them we have proof title is fraudulent. But we can't sell the vehicle either until the lienholder has the title. Everyone at this place is an absolute piece of shit. No one tries to help. They just put you to someone else and say there is nothing they can do. read more

The purchase experience of the 2018 Tahoe was smooth. I received the Tahoe on Dec 26th , oh but the vehicle they sold me, they stated that it went through a multi-point inspection. Well January 1st, 4 days after I received the truck, the transmission stopped shifting gears. The vehicle was scanned and the codes that came up, revealed that they lied. There was never a multipoint inspection performed on the vehicle. The extended warranty paid for a new transmission. I was without a car for 3 weeks. I've only drove the car for 400 miles. Today the coolant system failed, and of course the warranty service wont cover that repair so now I'm out of pocket 1100.00. They can't offer any assistance. Once again I called the dealer to speak with someone in upper management and the salesman told me, his job is to sale cars. They don't care what they sell, they just sell trashed vehicles to the urban community. If I were you, save yourself the money and just catch an uber, that way you wont have the responsibility of paying a car note for a vehicle that has too many issues while at the same time having the responsibility of getting back and forth to where you have to go. read more

To all my Latinos, for all my people please DO NOT come to Twins Auto sales ‼ I traded in my 2009 GMC Sierra for a Jeep Wrangler! I was promised that the AC and the scratches were going to be fixed. They never fixed my vehicle. The mechanic is a racist & is very unprofessional! When I took my vehicle to go get checked! He didn't even bother to check it. He was suppose to fix my scratch and did an awful job. Instead of fixing it and buffing out the scratch. He made it even worse. All he did was turn it on, and said nothing was wrong with my Jeep. AL Saad & I agreed to have my own Mechanic fix my Vehicle because I have a recording of his mechanic going off on me saying racial slurs! He didn't want any problems so he told me to send him receipts and that he would send me a check. AL Saad lied and told me he was not going to send me a check. I'm in the process of getting a lawyer to sue for the damages that his mechanic did to my vehicle! All I got to say is don't not do business with this racist company. They're scammers. I would highly recommend NOT buying your car from these guys, especially Moe and especially if you are a woman. He basically refused to talk to me, continued to talk over me and would not listen to a single thing/question/concern I had. On Saturday October 29, 2022 I purchased a 2019 Jeep Compass from Twins Auto sales. I put $1500 down and traded in my 2015 Hyundai Sonata which was a car that was still running. The very next day October 30, 2022, I attempted to start the Jeep and it wouldn't start. I called AAA for a boost and the car still could not be started after AAA checked the battery. So, I had it towed back to Twins Auto on Sunday October 30th, and I called them on Monday October 31 to let them know it would not start. They had their mechanics check it and they couldn't find a problem, so they had it sent to a Chrysler Jeep dealership in Taylor, MI. The dealership kept it from Monday 10/31/22 to Thursday 11/3/22 and claimed they fixed the coil pack which they said was causing the jeep not to start. I picked up the vehicle from Twins on Friday 11/4/22, drove it home. On Saturday evening, 11/5/22, I attempted to start the jeep and it would not start again. I called Twins and left them a voicemail. The salesman Alex Bazzi claimed that the he would have the jeep towed to Twins dealership on 11/7/22, but he never sent the tow truck. On 11/8/22, I attempted to start the Jeep, it would not start, so I made and sent a video to Alex Bazzi asking him why he didn't send the tow truck and proving to him the the truck would not start. I spoke with the finance company Capital One on 11/8/22 and informed them of the situation. Capital One suggested that I ask the dealer for a trade in, which I did on 11/8/22. I spoke with the sales manager Allen who stated that a trade in may not be possible due to a submitted registration(?). I am out of $1500 and a car, also making it hard for me to get to work and take care of my family. They are crooks! I have to try and get out of this effed up contract, they are pieces of shyte. Now I am out of a car and back on the bus! read more

BUYER BEWARE, THEY WILL SALE YOU ANYTHING THEY CSNT GET RID OF. HIGH INTEREST RATES. Lowest trade in amounts. Go anywhere else and get more for your trade, and a lower interest rate. Do not shop here, they lie, in the name of a "soft credit report" they run your Credit through so many banks and credit unions to get you approved that you have no scores left. After the 1st 9.7% I gave Ali permission to check with one credit union for a lower rate, they screwed my sister so I told them I didn't want to buy from them. How I'm getting letters from 5 different credit institutes. If your a woman don't go with a man, they trick you into signing for the vehicles no one else will buy. Ask my sister. Avoid TWINS auto go out of the city for a better rate before our get stuck with 14-24% here. Asked Ali why he ran it 5 times, he said when I left I told his associate to run it u til they got me a better rate. Lies they never got my permission to drop my scores 60 points after running it 5 times. AVOID THESE Crooks. Loans are still redlined in the city of detroit, try it and see, I'm right. read more

READ THE CAEFAX! Take your mechanic. Better yet, don't go there. They have no integrity!! Walk away from any vehicle with the slightest problem because there will be more issues down the road. As they post, all vehicles are sold as is! Any issues are now yours. They do not disclose any problems with vehicles even though they know there are problems. They will not fix nor know how to even fix minor problems, they will patch, fill tires, add fluids and say there you go...good luck! They make it look pretty and ignore your request. You have a better chance from a private owner. Also they do not protect you by wearing masks or sanitizing surfaces from Covid! read more

These people are the reason why I don't buy cars from these kinds of lots. These people are the worse!! I bought a car from them in September of this a Dodge Journey 2012, The day I drove the car home it stopped on me. I had to pay to get the car towed to them and they fixed the car. Then 2 months later the car was running hot. I took the car to another shop and I had to pay 400.00 out of MY pocket to get a new thermostat housing!! Just 2 months after I bought this car, I did have a warranty which didn't cover the housing!! Then 2 weeks later the engine light came on and the car was still running hot. I took the car back to the shop and they told me the head was bad on the car. So clearly the head was bad when I bought the car. the shop made me wait without my car or a rental (because they had to approve the head wasn't my fault) for at least 5 days!! I had to pay 312.00 out of my pocket to get a rental during this time!! Then when the head was approved to be fixed they stuck me with a 400.00 bill to get the head sent out and resurfaced!! I called Twins to see if they could cover the 400.00 and they said no, even though I have just put about 1000 to 1500 miles on this car. I didn't appreciate how I was treated by these guys and I would never ever EVER shop with Twins again!! I see a lot of reviews of this place are bad. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COST!! I was a out of state buyer. I trusted this dealer to be trustworthy and reliable and they completely screwed me on the vehicle I purchased. Al told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that it was checked out by their mechanic bumper to bumper with everything functional. He said it was a certified class A Luxury vehicle and I would not be disappointed. I seen the pictures from the ad and it listed all the functional operations on the vehicle. So I purchased the vehicle and paid $1200 to ship it to where I live. When I got the vehicle right away the suspension service light came on, the rear backup camera wasn't working, the DVD player wasn't working, the a/c wasn't working, the 3rd row seat wasn't working, they sent me the navigation box with no CD in it, the driver door was off track, their was an enormous amount of corrosion under the vehicle, paint was chipped with rust forming, and the car makes noises while driving it. I called them right away to return the vehicle and Abe, Hass, and Al told me it's my problem now. Don't trust these guys! They are the epitome of what consumers don't like and distrust about used car sales man. read more

** writing this review on behalf of my husbands experience ** WORST CAR LOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Drove an hour from where I live to this lot to see about a car I was interested in and was told that they could work with me to get me in the car I wanted and even said they would pay my current car off and take a down payment and all I had to do was give them my payoff price for my car but my credit union was closed the day I went so I called the next with the price and they said they could work with that and they will give me a call back the next so I waited and waited never got a call so I called and Moe just kept telling all week long that he was gone call me back but never did so I just gave up .. I guess they didn't want my business and I really drove an hour away for nothing after being promised he could get me in the car I was interested in smh... So much for their saying EVERYONES approved. I couldn't even get a phone call returned. I was really serious about getting that car. Well I guess I'll have to try another lot down there in Detroit and hopefully they can help me and keep they word.. I actually thought twins auto sales would help me out after driving an hour away with my wife and 6 month old baby.. they seem so legit at first smh.
