They were the preferred repair shop from both my insurance company (AAA) and Victory Honda of Plymouth. Jeff and his team were very through and did a great job with the repair and paint to help return my van back to better then normal. The driver told me there is a Discount Tire around the corner. Sadly my insurance won't pay for the tow if I go anywhere else. He said he would just drive me for free. I tried to pay him a few $$ for his time, but he refused. Proof of a good human. I will absolutely use them in the future. This experience also makes me confident they won't try to charge me for repairs I don't need. 5 stars

I have been going to Ryan's since shortly after they opened this location. John and the team have always done a good job of servicing my vehicles, fitting me in when needed, and making sure that I got the right service at a fair price. I have never been oversold on services, and several times have had a quick, inexpensive repair for something that a dealer or other auto shop would have tried to sell a large repair.

Everything seemed fine at first, so I decided to let them do their thing and stayed patient throughout the process. After about 4-5 weeks of my truck being in the shop, they kept telling me that a bracket was missing or that they had received the wrong one. This happened over and over again. I continued to be patient, and after about 6 weeks, I finally got my truck back. Keep in mind, the damage was only minor front-end damage. When I got the truck back, there was about a 1-inch gap between my bumper and grille. They also installed the wrong fender liner, which caused my tires to rub against it. Six weeks without my truck for what turned out to be a terrible job is extremely disappointing. Honestly, I feel like I could have found someone on the street who would have done a better and quicker job. I gave them plenty of patience and opportunities to get it right, but unfortunately, I can't recommend this shop based on my experience.
