We rented a soft play setup from this business. At pickup, the business owners were couple that accused us of intentionally wetting the equipment because we had cleaned our concrete yard in the front part of our house with soap and water after the party. This accusation is completely false. We respect other people's property and would never intentionally damage rented equipment. The equipment was placed on grass and picked up in the evening on a day with extremely high humidity reaching up to 100%. As a result, there was visible condensation on the grass, vehicles, and surrounding surfaces. We calmly attempted to explain this and even pointed out the condensation as evidence. Unfortunately, both owners repeatedly interrupted us and refused to listen. The husband raised his voice and yelled at me, my husband, and my sister. The husband's behavior escalated to the point where he made an inappropriate and threatening comment about proving he could fight my husband. We kept saying how unprofessional his behavior was and how there was no need to get to that level. His conduct was alarming, aggressive, and highly unprofessional. When I asked what the resolution would be, the husband stated there would be a $100 fee. Immediately after, the wife stated the fee was $150. Wanting the confrontation to end, I paid the $150 on the spot. Afterward, it became clear that the fee was arbitrarily increased, and when questioned, the wife stated that it was "her business" and "her fee." At no point did either owner apologize or attempt to handle the situation professionally. This experience was hostile, intimidating, and unethical. I strongly caution others to reconsider using this business, as no customer should be treated this way or pressured into paying inconsistent fees under harassment.

They are a true small business as a husband and wife team, they do everything themselves! Some of the things that stood out to me: 1. I sent them a dimension of my backyard and wanted their input on how many and what kind of tables would maximize my space. Brenda helped me mock up my drawing and gave me several suggestions, I so appreciated that. 2. I used their backdrop for both my bbq pre-wedding event and my wedding. After my bbq event, they told me they were going to touch up and clean the backdrop for me which they did! In my photos my bbq backdrop looked lighter and the wedding backdrop was darker and shiny, so thank you! 3. They were so friendly, trustworthy, and most importantly just kind. Brenda made sure to send an invoice and she would change it each time a change was noted. Rudy worked hard to bring and pickup all items. 4. Chairs and tables were clean! I rented the nicer padded garden style white chairs. They were relatively new and no marks or dings! 5. I had so many questions and they were so patient with me!
