He was an elderly gentleman with no personality. When I went to pay, I asked the girl at the front desk, how much a tip to give to the two that did my hair, also the one that washed it. She stated 20% each for all three of them, it was a very expensive day, and was not worth it. She also stated they get more than 20%. Her tone of voice and personality put me off going back there again.
