Everyone is very nice and the stylists are willing to answer questions to guide your hair journey :-) Every customer is different but they work to get you the look you want while considering your unique hair color, type, condition, etc. basically their goal is to make sure that you're getting a style that works for you. Bonus: they did a remodel during the Covid shutdown and the place looks amazing!

I've had my hair cut, colored, and highlighted by her, and every single service has been exceptional. Sherie has an incredible eye and and deep technical mastery. She's got a consistency that's almost impossible to find. I've never met anyone as good at what she does. Even after nearly two decades, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Julie was my stylist and she did a really nice job on my hair - would definitely recommend her. It's been a couple months since I got my hair done, and it still looks beautiful! I really wanted my hair to look naturally lightened and Julie did a really good job making it look like that. It took a couple of hours (~4) to finish my hair, but was definitely worth the time. For partial balayage + extra bowl of lightener + blowout it ended up being $196. The only thing that surprised me was the extra bowl of lightener (an extra $55), but my hair is super long. If you have similar length hair and need to lighten your hair, just be prepared. Would definitely recommend paramount pampering and can't wait to get my hair touched up when coronavirus is over.

This review is long overdue…read more I had two separate services with Casey last summer (a haircut and a vivids service) and both experiences were so great. I had never dyed my hair before, but Casey checked in with me every step of the way--making sure that I was happy during the entire process. She also gave me tips on how to refresh the color in between visits to the salon. The end result was lovely and I still get compliments on it today! The salon itself was extremely clean and all employees took care to clean and sanitize everything in between customers. I was very apprehensive about doing anything to my hair, but I'd trust Casey with my hair any day. I'm planning on booking another service soon--I can't recommend them enough. :)

Teresa did an incredible job coloring my hair blond, matching my color and deeply conditioning my hair after the color, which I need because my hair is delicate and breaks easily. She was very attentive to my concerns and made sure I was happy. She trimmed my hair perfectly, not cutting too much as I prefer to keep my hair long. We had a lovely conversation in both English and Spanish. We even had a nice hug before I left. I am so pleased to have found my new hairdresser. Gracias Teresa!! :)

However, on the day of the appointment, she abruptly said she didn't feel comfortable doing my hair and blamed me for being negative--even though I've always been kind and supportive . My hair was literally down to my butt when I walked in the door (in long layers so the longest part was the back). I asked the stylist to take the required minimum donation of 10" off, so that my hair would still be long. She took 10" off the (shorter) front pieces, but then instead of measuring the back (longer pieces) she just cut them to match where she cut the front pieces! She took off over 18" of my hair in the back and left it all reaching barely to my shoulders! I keep trying to tell myself this is for a good cause and not freak out, but honestly I am so upset. I have had bad experiences with stylists cutting my hair too short in the past when I asked for trims, and because of that I hadn't gone to get it cut for many years, but this is by far the worst case of over cutting I have ever experienced. I saw on their website that if you do a locks for love donation cut your next one is free, but they didn't mention anything about that to me, and I didn't bring it up because even if they paid me I wouldn't go back after this experience.

On the plus side, I like how the back of my hair looks, and the hairdresser was mostly communicative with me to figure out exactly what I wanted for the bulk of my head. If the parting from the previous cut was wrong, I really wish she'd said something to me and checked to make sure I wanted to change them. Update 10 days later partner does not like how their haircut is growing out
