My hair is orange and yellow with noticeable streaks and a clear line of demarcation from the toner. In addition, my hair feels extremely dry and damaged. The salon attempted to correct the issue twice, but unfortunately the outcome did not improve. I also felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. After spending a significant amount of time and money, I am now forced to seek corrective color services elsewhere. It's very upsetting when accountability cannot be taken.

It has been a very long time that I can honestly say..."I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY HAIRCUT." I was…read morevisiting my cousin from California and desperately needed a redo on my last haircut. My cousin referred to me to KATE and so happy that she had an availability. Kate did wonders to my hair. She gave my hair lots of body and shape with beautiful layers, which also framed my face beautifully. She exceeded my expectations. My straight fine Asian hair has been so dull and lifeless and all I have been doing to my hair daily is to up in a ponytail and that didn't every satisfy me. So ecstatic that it is no longer the case. I love the way that I can just wash and dry my hair daily with not much fuss. THANK YOU KATE! You got me. :) I'll definitely see Kate for a haircut whenever I'm visiting NJ

I really enjoyed my experience here for my first time, but their pricing threw me off a bit. I had…read morean appointment with Tina for a haircut and full balayage. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Overall, my hair came out great and I love it, but when I got home I realized the balayage was only on my crown. None of the underneath layers were colored. I reached out the the salon to ask what I paid for ($377 in total) and they confirmed it was for full balayage. When I asked why there was no color on the under layers I was told they book and price by the hour, so I paid for the full hour of service and not necessarily full coverage balayage. I couldn't help but feel like I was overcharged, but like I said, I like the result. I went in hoping for full balayage, paid for full balayage and I still can't help but wonder what partial balayage would look like (and cost). But the salon did offer to refund their standard $30 for the misunderstanding.

She said toner was an extra 30$ which I did not ask for and definitely would not have gotten because I could tell before she even washed my hair that the amount of highlights would change nothing.
